Had trouble with the washer within the first 12 months and Lonnie the owner couldn't find the problem...5 years later he still hasn't fixed it after several attempts to get him out to the house and now he says it's out of warranty. Terrible customer service, Lonnie also told me they don't keep computer records so be carful if you want any kind of warranty claim handled. They apparently don't keep good billing records either so choose wisely where you shop, the furniture is Ashley furniture and you can get it cheaper from there! Lesson learned!

It was good until it wasn't. Typical car dealership at the end of the day. Bought a used vehicle…read moreand had it delivered to my residence. My wife took possession of the car and liked it. I was not present when the car was delivered. Upon my inspection of the car I liked it as well. I immediately noticed we were only given one key fob. I called the dealer and inquired about the second key fob. I was told he would check with the owner and get back with me. After several days I had to reach back out to dealer. I was told they would not be providing another key fob. They only received one when they bought the car. It was not disclosed to me they only had one key fob during negotiations or upon delivery. The car comes with 2 from the factory. I checked pricing and was quoted $500 from Nissan and "around" $300 from an independent locksmith. I felt the price was very high and expected two key fobs from the dealer upon purchase. I spent quite a bit of money on this vehicle and wouldn't expect less. It feels very unreasonable to me to have only one key fob with such an expensive vehicle. The owners only solution was for me to buy the program and bring it to them to make me key fob. Ridiculous and BAD BUSINESS. Buyer beware and ask lots of questions even if you think it's common sense.

However, Mr. McDaniel yelled at me twice and my son once. I have never been treated so shabbily at a function where I was an invited guest. Perhaps he should limit his involvement at these events to making the arrangements and have someone with more refined social skills and tact interact with the guests. As someone who has had extensive experience in the catering and hospitality business, I completely understand the stress that goes along with coordinating an event, but there is no circumstance where your stress should cause a guest/attendee to feel unwelcome. I was appalled by his lack of decorum, and mortified that he made my 11 year old son feel uncomfortable at what was supposed to be an enjoyable celebration.
