This storage facility is a dream to use, during what's typically a pretty stressful and chaotic time (moving). And for a time in life when expenses can run high, their rates and promotions are definitely affordable for the convenience that storage offers. M I've rented 4 storage units here at different times, for different durations. Various sizes. Indoor and outdoor. Every unit was well-kept, the door worked well, there was no evidence of mice, and I felt secure there. About the security, they have cameras and motion-sensor lights all around, so even visiting at night in the dark doesn't feel unsafe or sketchy. And there always seem to be enough dollies to go around, and parking available (even for trucks). I can completely agree with everyone's comments about customer service. Anil, Zoe and the others are beyond courteous. There's never any confusion about fees, payment schedules, rental agreements, etc. They'll offer you a cool glass of water if you've been hauling for a while. They're cheerful and remember customers by name. The staff here go above and beyond what you'd expect for a rental facility. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend them. read more

I have been using this company for 9+ years to store my décor business inventory. I currently have 5 bays in which they managed to work magic and find them all together. They have been incredibly accommodating and always willing to chat and deal with any concerns I may have. Cory and Anil are both very friendly and approachable. I find the facility to be clean, secure and looked after (snow removal in the winter). Repairs done right away. They are very honest and have called me on two different occasions when I have accidently left one of my bays unlocked. I would highly recommend using this storage facility. read more

First time using a public storage facility. I was impressed with the large number of individual storage units. The space is very clean and well-maintained. Easy access is provided to your individual storage space and there are many moving carts available at the entrances. I needed two smaller storage units but was able to combine them into one larger unit. And I received the $1 promotion for the first month for all three of them. The staff is very friendly and helpful and Anil Kalla is an excellent property manager. I would highly recommend this facility and would use them again in the future! read more

I've had three separate units here at Public Storage and each one has been a pleasure to get into and store my equipment. The location is great since it's almost directly in line with the airport via Airport Trail and 96 Ave NE. They have keypad access, alarmed units and motorized gates with separate IN and OUT entries. And they have dolly carts at each entry into the facility itself. Anil Kalia, the manager, takes pride in keeping this location immaculate and clean and treats all of his clients as "preferred clients". I can't imagine dealing with any other storage location than this one. read more

This is a good place, if you want to store your things. Top notch security, and the spaces in the storage cabinets are really big, but only if you pay for the big ones. Though it get very cold in the storage units in Winter, so beware of that. All-in-all it is a great company and you should all go try it out. read more
