Professional staff, secure, temperature controlled units with many different sizes to choose from. 24 hour access was a plus with our own code to get in and out of the gates. The place was locked up like Fort Knox! We left the unit a few days early in our final month and we were pro-rated, not having to pay the full amount. A rare occurrence in many businesses where you pay month to month! The units seem new. They are all so clean and up to date. Would recommend, 5 stars.I have not a bad thing to say about our unit, the staff or our experience overall! You can buy a lock there for your unit of you do not have one as well as packing tape and really good boxes if you are moving.

I would not store my items in the Public Storage at 2450 Centre Ave in Calgary. Shortly after we…read moremoved in, we had our storage locker broken into. The thieves had our access code and could defeat the Public Storage lock on the unit. As well, the record of their burglary was deleted from the computer system. They stole all my sports equipment and items of incredible sentimental value that are irreplaceable. After we reported the matter to the police, the response from Public Storage was, firstly, and most insultingly, that the incident never happened. Then they suggested that I was responsible for the loss. The thieves were in the storage unit for HOURS on a date between Christmas and New Year's. We have a description of them provided to the police and some of our replaceable items were found by police. In spite of all of this, Public Storage's response has been defensive and indifferent. Rent a storage somewhere else.

Public Storage even though she explained to me she was rather busy (which she was) got back to me 10 minutes later. I was looking for a long term rental and she told me about their specials which I took advantage of immediately. She ( Chrystal) was very courteous and was the only person at a storage place that would give me an immediate quote over the phone whereas others seemed like they wanted me to commit to their unit before they would even give me a quote . The facility is very clean and the staff is very polite, I had dropped a piece of I.D. on the ground which she found and she called me right away . I highly recommend this facility.
