A rare occurrence in many businesses where you pay month to month! The units seem new. They are all so clean and up to date. They stole all my sports equipment and items of incredible sentimental value that are irreplaceable. Then they suggested that I was responsible for the loss. The thieves were in the storage unit for HOURS on a date between Christmas and New Year's. We have a description of them provided to the police and some of our replaceable items were found by police. In spite of all of this, Public Storage's response has been defensive and indifferent.
