I was harassed incessantly by phone calls and emails onyl two weeks after paying for my first month to pay for another full month's rent from Inderjit, however I only needed the storage unit for that one first month. I continued to receive invoices even after public storage called ME to confirm my move out. Unfortunately, left two items in my unit that I had tucked away from view beside the wall at the door. When I called two days after vacating, I was told that any items left in the unit would have been thrown in the garbage as per their strict rules. Why would anyone be so wasteful and disrespectful ? Inexcusable ! The staff did not follow up on emails from me and even lied about requests that I had made. Don't let them fool you, the only day they will be courteous to you is the first day they sign you up and take your money ! I have never seen such a dishonest, unorganized, terrible storage facility in all of Canada. I do not recommend Public Storage !!

During the move-in, the movers caused damage to my newly built apartment building by backing their truck into a large custom exterior drainage and steel decorative frame. Accidents happen, but the company's response has been entirely unprofessional. They are flatly refusing to cover the repair costs, refusing to provide their certificate of insurance, and are completely ignoring all phone calls and emails from my building's owners and property management company. Because they are dodging accountability, I am now stuck in the middle of a dispute with my new building management. Do not trust this company. If anything goes wrong on your move, they will ghost you and leave you to deal with the fallout.
