When I went to investigate I noticed that all my belongings were soaking wet and was left outside for days, when I contacted TRACEY (the manager) she was very unprofessional and very rude when I questioned her about the theft and she began to fill me full of lies,saying they patrol the ground at night before the go home and they never seen anything suspicious. Meanwhile all my belongings were left outside for days. And every time I called for more questions about the theft I would have to explain everything over again to Tracey like she totally forgot about the situation. I was just one of the many victims this summer that had there belongings stolen, I WAS TOLD BY THE RCMP THAT IT WAS A INSIDE JOB, AND AN EMPLOYEE WAS GIVING OUT GATE CODES TO THIEVES. You can access you unit at almost any time through a secure gate with your code. They have also lent me trolleys to help with moving which is super appreciated.
