While grieving the loss of my sister and managing the turnover of her house to a new buyer, I called four times to schedule a bin pickup. On the possession day, the bin was not collected, forcing me to deal with this issue after my client took possession. When I contacted the office, I was told the bin was "over height" the day before, but no one bothered to inform me, leaving me blindsided. If they had communicated, I could have resolved the issue. Instead, I had to argue with the owner to get the bin removed, adding unnecessary stress. This company's poor service and lack of communication are unacceptable--avoid at all costs.

I saw the great reviews here for Chinook Bottle Depot and thought I'd check them out. The first thing I noticed is how quiet the machines were-no yelling to talk to the attendant. She gave me the exact amount for my bottles! And no line-ups! The second time I went, a man working there came out, brought a cart to my car, and helped me fill it up w/ my bottles. I've NEVER had this happen at any other depot. They have earned my patronage, and I will be driving the extra km to come here! Very impressed :)
