I booked them for a move in January and I'm super happy with how it went. The two movers that came were professional and moved quickly, and the whole thing was done within a couple of hours. There was some confusion about the deposit, which I thought would be applied to the final bill, but was actually a separate charge. This was explained to me before the work started, and since I'd budgeted to spend more than the initial estimate, it wasn't a big problem for me. Just be aware if you're booking that this is part of their process. Ultimately, I felt like the money I spent was worth it because it saved me a lot of time and stress, and that was my priority. I'd definitely use them again. Update: I actually did use them again, two years later. Happy to report that my experience was just as positive the second time. Gord and Seath were great, and it went really smoothly.
