But Thanks to a Wonderful Realtor, and Preet and all his helpers, everything went beyond smooth. We were Extremely pleased with their service. We mainly dealt with Preet. He and all his work mates are polite, respectful, and extremely hard workers! Preet, came to our home and looked around, gave us a ball park estimate, and said he would get back to us shortly with a online more detailed price list of the actual cost. He came back the same night. We were totally impressed with the price as well as how close he came back to the original verbal estimate. We hired them, and felt very comfortable and confident everything would go well. We were given a time that they would arrive, and approximately how many hours the move would take. On moving day, Preet called us a half hour before telling us all was well and they would arrive on time. They shrunk wrapped all our most valuable and breakable items, as well as gave us 5 wardrobe boxes, in which we could just hang up out better clothing so later we could just hang everything up, no ironing or anything. At the end of the day Preet tole us that the move took an extra hour and that in my estimation was that when they arrived at our condo, there was another moving truck unloading a bunch of furniture, so they left for a bit and came back very quickly and proceeded to unload. Due to the interruption and the extra hour, Preet asked us if it was ok to charge us for the extra hour, because his rates were so reasonable to start with, and because of the Great job, we were more than happy to pay it.
