"Mike" tells us he's been trying to communicate, so he receives calls, texts, and emails from us that get through, but if he does pick up the phone, he says he's been calling, but no one answers. This is an obvious lie. All phones register numbers of rejected calls, and we have lists of numbers that are blocked. Their phone numbers are not blocked, and there is no record of an attempted call from this company. So it's all either lies, or just shows that he is completely incompetent. He has our phone numbers, and has talked, but somehow he can't dial us back? It's now the verge of January 2026, and I have no idea if we'll ever see my mother's piano again.

We appreciated being able to use the moving boxes they provided as we felt they were solid and safe enough for our belongings. We have a large collection of vinyl records, which is very heavy to move. The movers were very good about it and quite careful with them. There was one small accident with one box, but nothing was damaged. We also had some nice conversations while the move was happening. The guys worked hard, from 9 am to 3, and did a great job protecting our stuff including antiques. We were very happy with how it all turned out! At the end of the move, the reusable bins were picked up which was nice, as we didn't need to store them or add to our big pile of post-move recycling.
