There was some confusion about the deposit, which I thought would be applied to the final bill, but was actually a separate charge. This was explained to me before the work started, and since I'd budgeted to spend more than the initial estimate, it wasn't a big problem for me. Just be aware if you're booking that this is part of their process. Ultimately, I felt like the money I spent was worth it because it saved me a lot of time and stress, and that was my priority.
