My husband and I have rented storage units several times from Mary. She has always been very pleasant to deal with and has helped me with whatever I have needed. This facility is clean and easy to get to the units. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to store their overflow items. The upper floors are climate controlled and provide a cool atmosphere to work in, in the summer. All the people (clients) I have met are friendly and helpful also. I felt very comfortable leaving my things for storage in this facility. The staff members were incredibly accommodating at all times, and very helpful. Both the building and my unit were incredibly clean, and though I was nervous that my unit was on the 3rd floor, I felt safe being there in late hours and it was very easy to navigate (there are maps next to every elevator)! STORE YOUR STUFF ELSEWHERE. This place is a gigantic RIP-OFF!! They randomly raise their rates by about 20% every few months, including tacking on new "insurance" charges in ADDITION to your rental fee. These crooks are in the wrong business. They should work for a credit card company. In 4 years we went from paying $88/mo to being charged over $200!! ONCE, in all those years, we were out of town (funeral) and came in to pay the bill a DAY late. They tried to charge us a 25% increase. The only thing that stopped it was our calling and screaming at the regional manager. The people in the office, esp. the woman, could not care less. This is thanks for being a loyal, long-time, pay-on-time customer. read more

Yes the place is clean and secure but the customer service needs to improve. I rented a small space to store my furniture for a few months I had to move to Miami due to family issues. Within a couple of weeks the same unit size I rented was $50 cheaper I asked if they could do an adjustment and they said no way the only way was if I moved out of my unit. I explained I was in another state and I wouldn't be in LA for a few months, but they said sorry in ONE YEAR we can maybe do a price adjustment. Ill be in LA in december and will move all my stuff out and to another storage where they aren't as greedy. read more

That have ever rented a storage unit at.... The type of work that I do. Has me travel all over the country. I have rented storage units in many places... This facility by far in my opinion is one of the Cleanest .... Secure... and has the easiest access into the property. That I have ever experienced when I have rented a storage unit in the past.... The interactions that I have had with their staff has been friendly... I would like to point out two people especially that work there. Mary who manages this facility and Anthony... They have shown me genuine compassion... and have done what I consider extra.... to help me in the needs that I had in renting a unit... This individual location is fine. My complaint is with corporate who raises the rent by about 15% every year. I paid $116/mo. in 2015, and I just got the notice that I will be paying $151/mo. They know that it would probably cost you more to move to another facility, not to mention the time and aggravation involved. They have a good scam as a business model. If I had to do it all over, I would go to a local, individually owned storage facility. read more

This review is a few months late. I wanted to say how happy I am with the service I received at Public Storage. Omar helped me to find the perfect size storage unit. And I mean perfect size! He listened to everything that was in my home and recommended the right size within two feet. I'm so happy I talked to him so that I didn't end up paying too much for space I didn't use or getting a size smaller which would have been a headache on moving day because it would not have fit. Omar was professional and friendly too. I had gone to another storage place before deciding on Public Storage. Public Storage far surpassed the competition. The Burbank (N Hollywood Way) facility is very clean, the staff is excellent and polite and I always felt incredibly safe leaving my belongings there. Easy move in and out process as well. Never thought I would review a storage place. But this is no ordinary storage place. So clean, auto lights and I'm not positive but it seems like the place is climate controlled. They also have dolly's (sp?) to borrow if needed. And last but definitely not least is the staff. Carla, Omar and Magalli were awesome! This is the first time in my life I have used a storage facility. I visited several before stopping in at this location. From the very first greeting the staff was friendly and very helpful. Anthony assisted me in viewing the storage unit and was professional in every way and patient with my anxiety about using a storage facility. The grounds were well maintained and the interior unit I rented was very clean, well lit, and cool. I was impressed. I would strongly recommend using this location. I reserved the unit and when I went in to finalize the lease agreement Anthony was very efficient and I was set up in less than 10 minutes. Excellent customer service!! read more
