I had accidentally booked a storage unit at another public storage facility and within five minutes I had a new storage unit at this location. Both Mary and Anthony were fast, knowledgeable and friendly! Would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone! Best experience I've ever had getting and moving my stuff into storage! read more

LOCATION # 08520. This is the second unit i've rented from this public storage location. The place is clean and well lit with tons of convenient parking. The staff is AWESOME. I've dealt with Mary (twice) and Chris and they were both very professional, accommodating and efficient. I would highly recommend this facility, and would like to commend their staff! THANK YOU! read more

My husband and I have rented storage units several times from Mary. She has always been very pleasant to deal with and has helped me with whatever I have needed. This facility is clean and easy to get to the units. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to store their overflow items. The upper floors are climate controlled and provide a cool atmosphere to work in, in the summer. All the people (clients) I have met are friendly and helpful also. In the future, if the need arises, we will certainly rent from this facility as our first choice. Anthony also has been very pleasant to deal with. read more

I felt very comfortable leaving my things for storage in this facility. The staff members were incredibly accommodating at all times, and very helpful. Both the building and my unit were incredibly clean, and though I was nervous that my unit was on the 3rd floor, I felt safe being there in late hours and it was very easy to navigate (there are maps next to every elevator)! If I ever need a storage unit in California again, this will be the first place I go! Loved it! read more

I got a storage unit here recently and couldn't have asked for a nicer or more professional property manager to help in the process. Mary Bobek was so patient and thought of all the things I might need ahead of me asking. She is very thorough and I feel confident with my belongings here. Mary was a little piece of sunshine during such a stressful time. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you Mary!!!! read more

STORE YOUR STUFF ELSEWHERE. This place is a gigantic RIP-OFF!! They randomly raise their rates by about 20% every few months, including tacking on new "insurance" charges in ADDITION to your rental fee. These crooks are in the wrong business. They should work for a credit card company. In 4 years we went from paying $88/mo to being charged over $200!! ONCE, in all those years, we were out of town (funeral) and came in to pay the bill a DAY late. They tried to charge us a 25% increase. The only thing that stopped it was our calling and screaming at the regional manager. The people in the office, esp. the woman, could not care less. This is thanks for being a loyal, long-time, pay-on-time customer. read more

Mary was awesome setting us up in our storage unit. The facility is impeccable. We're very pleased overall.

Yes the place is clean and secure but the customer service needs to improve. I rented a small space to store my furniture for a few months I had to move to Miami due to family issues. Within a couple of weeks the same unit size I rented was $50 cheaper I asked if they could do an adjustment and they said no way the only way was if I moved out of my unit. I explained I was in another state and I wouldn't be in LA for a few months, but they said sorry in ONE YEAR we can maybe do a price adjustment. Ill be in LA in december and will move all my stuff out and to another storage where they aren't as greedy. read more

Great location....great costumer service. The property manager and Public Storage team were extremely helpful. Felt like I was moving into an apartment unit instead of a storage unit, because of the tour they give you of the property and just all the top security and amenities that they have to offer. Highly recommend. read more

I love this place so happy I came to this Public Storage. I was helped by Mary the manager who has been there for many many years. She was pleasant and took me around the facility and showed me everything about the location. I felt she cared about me and the size unit I got and helped me with all the boxes, tape, and paper I needed for my move. This place has high security and everything is being tracked and watched, I definitely feel that my belongings are safe. Thank you Mary for assisting me in this process you are truly a lovable person. read more

This place is EXTREMELY CLEAN and everyone there is very friendly and professional. My first point of contact was with Mary, she was wonderful since the first time I spoke to her over the phone and she was also the one to give me a tour of the grounds upon my first visit. I highly recommend this place! The hours, security, and location can't be beat. read more

Hi this is Rob, I wanted to share this with everyone That is looking to rent a storage unit. That Public Storage located on Hollywood Way in Burbank Ca is one of the Best Storage Rental Properties! That have ever rented a storage unit at.... The type of work that I do. Has me travel all over the country. I have rented storage units in many places... This facility by far in my opinion is one of the Cleanest .... Secure... and has the easiest access into the property. That I have ever experienced when I have rented a storage unit in the past.... The interactions that I have had with their staff has been friendly... I would like to point out two people especially that work there. Mary who manages this facility and Anthony... They have shown me genuine compassion... and have done what I consider extra.... to help me in the needs that I had in renting a unit... Thank you Mary and Anthony..... for going above and beyond the norm to help me...In a world I consider that most businesses these days who look at their customers as just a number and are only able to quote their company policies.. You both genuinely try to help your customers.... Thank you :)..... Rob D. read more

We just rented a unit here. Mary B., our customer rep, was fabulous! The ease with which she made this whole process was great. The place is clean, well-lit, and the security measures they have in place put your mind at ease. A big "Thank You" to Mary and the others for all your help! read more

The facility is very clean and easy to get to, but more importantly the customer service is amazing. The manager Mary is extremely helpful. I was in a huge hurry when I arrived to sign paperwork for an additional unit and Mary provided great customer service, explained everything quickly and concisely and had me out of there and fully informed in no time. I really appreciated her attention to my needs while still performing her job thoroughly. Thank you Mary! read more

This individual location is fine. My complaint is with corporate who raises the rent by about 15% every year. I paid $116/mo. in 2015, and I just got the notice that I will be paying $151/mo. They know that it would probably cost you more to move to another facility, not to mention the time and aggravation involved. They have a good scam as a business model. If I had to do it all over, I would go to a local, individually owned storage facility. read more

Mary at Public Storage is amazing!!! She provided us with excellent customer service! The facility is clean and well run. It was a pleasure doing business there! read more

Never thought I would review a storage place. But this is no ordinary storage place. So clean, auto lights and I'm not positive but it seems like the place is climate controlled. They also have dolly's (sp?) to borrow if needed. And last but definitely not least is the staff. Carla, Omar and Magalli were awesome! They were all patient and helpful as I was so indecisive with the size of the unit I needed when touring the facilities. Thank you all for your help. read more

Went in with my girlfriend and was super impressed with our salesman, Omar. He took such good care and explained everything so clearly. We were both so impressed with the customer service. So hard to find these days! Will for sure recommend this location and salesman. read more

This review is a few months late. I wanted to say how happy I am with the service I received at Public Storage. Omar helped me to find the perfect size storage unit. And I mean perfect size! He listened to everything that was in my home and recommended the right size within two feet. I'm so happy I talked to him so that I didn't end up paying too much for space I didn't use or getting a size smaller which would have been a headache on moving day because it would not have fit. Omar was professional and friendly too. I had gone to another storage place before deciding on Public Storage. Public Storage far surpassed the competition. The Burbank (N Hollywood Way) facility is very clean, the staff is excellent and polite and I always felt incredibly safe leaving my belongings there. Easy move in and out process as well. If I need another storage space I will definitely be going here again. Thank you Omar! I appreciate you. read more

This is the first time in my life I have used a storage facility. I visited several before stopping in at this location. From the very first greeting the staff was friendly and very helpful. Anthony assisted me in viewing the storage unit and was professional in every way and patient with my anxiety about using a storage facility. The grounds were well maintained and the interior unit I rented was very clean, well lit, and cool. I was impressed. I would strongly recommend using this location. I reserved the unit and when I went in to finalize the lease agreement Anthony was very efficient and I was set up in less than 10 minutes. Excellent customer service!! read more
