We have 3 lockers with public storage. Marlton,Fairless hills and 3751 Bristol Pike. The first two have helpful staff are clean and well managed. The last Bristol Pike is a toilet. I went to fill my locker on the second floor,there were zero carts and the elevator was broken. I decided to try and carry hundreds of pounds up stairs. Impossible. I went back the next day and removed all my stuff. Again not carts! I had to carry it down 2 flights of stairs. What a dirty,unkept place. I called many times and no one returned my call. The kind people in Marlton helped me. The worst storage I could imagine. Broken wooden doors is all that keeps out the poachers. I have requested a refund. Let's see how that goes. Horrible customer service!! Stay far, far away! We walked in to get information and view a few units to analyze our needs to the sizes available. My husband walked in and very cheery spoke to the woman at the counter, "Hi there!" She, looking down, not at us, said, "What can I do for you?" My husband once again, thinking she could not possibly be that rude, said, "Hello, how are you?" She angrily responded, "WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU?" He hesitantly told her what we wanted, she asked if we had a reservation, still her rude self. I told him, let's get out of here, I will NOT give them our business and it is apparent this woman is in a MAJOR BAD MOOD!!! We almost ran out of there. It's so sad that people in these roles can treat potential customers in this manner. Especially being the manager of this franchise. I hope the owner reads these comments. We have some business ventures we are working on where we need several large units to rent starting in June and ending indefinitely. Their loss. We went to 4 Storage 4 You. The minute we walked in, the lady at the front greeted us with the friendliest smile and greeting we had not heard in a very, very long time. Bad customer service!! I do not recommend this place at all it is dirty and organized just like the attitude of the manager here, stay as far away from this public storage as you can. It is better to go over the bridge into Burlington New Jersey them to come here and deal with this lady The Manager of the place was very rude and unprofessional. I had a reservation for a Monday, she calls me up and says can I make it in on Friday, We agreed at noon and I got there at 12:15 the first thing she said when I walk in through the door as you're late for your appointment. When I said I made arrangements to be here to help you out, she then said the help is not for me it is for you. This is unacceptable in all areas. Meghan the manager has to be the most ignorant person I've met in customer service. We had a unit there for years. My husband was at our unit around Thanksgiving and noticed there was mouse feces all over the floor. He made note at the office and we were told that someone from corporate would contact us which never happened. I called corporate and asked to speak to the district manager and I was told he would contact me which never happened. We went in around Christmas to get our decorations and a whole box of stuff is chewed up and destroyed a mouse jumped out of a box and ran Between my feet back into our unit. At that point I ran over to the office almost in tears as a lot ofour things were destroyed. I got the pleasure of Megan being on duty who could absolutely care less if you have a problem. She Said "I can't do anything if your neighbors don't want to follow the rules" I asked again to have it noted in our file and to have corporate get a hold of me. At which time Megan pulled a brochure out to show me that the insurance covers $200 in property damage which is a joke. Still not hearing back from anybody or having calls returned we went in March to move out of our unit. There was so much mouse feces that we had to throw half of our stuff away. We were afraid of getting sick and Megan made us take everything with us in our cars that was covered in urine and Feces. She claimed there was a trap in our unit but there was not. Her response was they could put bait down. Big deal. How about figure out who's unit is causing the problem NOPE!!!My husband had to buy traps and go over there weekly to check them. I called corporate again after she cut me a major attitude at the storage unit and was told that Carrie the district manager would be in contact and still haven't heard from them. Literally go anywhere else because they could give a shit less about you they just want your money. Plus they raise your rent every six months. Worst part is is if Megan wasn't there we probably would've just moved our unit to another spot there because of how close it was to us. read more

Customer service here is unacceptable. I had provided my friend who was moving access to my unit to obtain furniture that she was purchasing from me. I was unable to be with her to help her get the furniture but I would have thought providing her with the information I was provided at the time I signed up would be sufficient ...WRONG. When she tried to enter in the gate code it kept denying her and the attendant came out practically belittling her and calling her stupid for not being able to work the key pad. However it wasn't the fact she couldn't work the key pad it was the fact that they provided the wrong numbers. She had tried to talk civilly with the woman but she was not offering any help. My friend called me so I could provide authorization so that she could get a code when I was talking with woman she was extremely rude and unaccommodating. In order to help my friend I scoured my emails and was able to access my account online which had the correct numbers. So all the woman had to do was explain that we could obtain the information online but apparently that was too difficult for her to do. The next day I closed my unit and I will never be going back there again. There are plenty of other options in the area that I would choose. read more
