I think I got everything but every time I look around I notice more things. The worker, maybe owner, Jon Jon/Johnny is really nice and quick at his job. I had 276 double sided pages that needed to be copied and it's taken about 15 minutes. Definitely recommend this small, quiet location as there aren't any Staples or Kinkos in the area.

I ended up choosing Mr. Storage for a year rental and everything worked out perfectly. I called well in advance to reserve a 5x5 unit. I live in Center City and rented a UHaul to move my stuff. There was street parking and the staff (a woman named Sylvia) was helpful. There were carts available to move your things. You receive a key which I guarded for dear life for a year (there is a replacement fee if you lose it). I paid in advance for 6 months and my rent only went up once by a few dollars (and I subsequently paid for the next 6 months to avoid any future price increases). Check out of the rental was quick and painless. All my stuff was in the same condition as I left it and I had 0 issues. One thing to look out for is their times because sometimes there's limited hours. I had to pick up my stuff one day later than my last day I paid for and I emailed them and they were very nice to say it was no problem. If I need storage again, I will definitely choose this business!

Worst storage facility in the world if you want your belongings to actually feel secure. The…read moremanagers are unprofessional and the customer service is just disturbing. The manager Manny acted like some thug from the hood when we went in to complain about how ignorant his wife was to myself and my wife. We took our belongings and went elsewhere because it wasn't safe keeping it there. We purposely put our lock on a certain direction 3 times and every time the lock was put on backwards when we came back. Each time our things were rummaged through. Who would ever trust that!? I would NEVER recommend them for anyone's storage needs. If you have any sense, stay far away from this place.
