Do not use this facility for storage. Not only are they rat infested because of the field behind them, they will increase the rate you originally signed up. Reason based on supply and demand according to corporate. Nothing you can do about it but use a different facility. read more

DO NOT USE. All of my furniture got destroyed! I had a bedroom set, mattress and a couch- all of which was wrapped in protective wrap. Every single item was ruined by water damage. My mattress was filled mold and mildew. My dresser bubbled and cracked. Not only did I waste $109/ per month totaling over $1300 but I am also out over $2,000 dollars worth of furniture. When I called to speak with the store manager they told me they were not liable. They told me to send in pictures to their claims department. After I sent pictures to the claims department the store manager called me to reiterate that they are not responsible for any damage. There was clearly a leak in the storage unit and it should have been fixed. It is negligent on their part for not keeping their units properly protected and secured by weather conditions. I am literally paying you to protect my belongings. They are stealing thieves and should be turned into the better business bureau. read more

The place is clean and the customer service has always been excellent especially whenever I speak to the manager Ace. He's so professional as well as understanding. We are looking for a reasonably priced storage unit and came to iStorage for an advertised special of $33.99 a month, found on their website. When we got to the office the woman at the desk casually informed us that there is a $25 administrative fee so we would not, in fact, be able to move our belongings in for $1. We weren't thrilled but this seems a common practice so we moved on, only to learn there is an additional $14.99 per month fee, on top of the $33.99 rent, for "state mandated warranty." When we pointed out that this wasn't listed, she scrolled to the bottom of the site and rudely read a disclaimer that there 'may be additional fees.' We were put off by the disingenuous nature of their advertising (you are not getting a storage unit for $33.99 a month nor are you receiving the first month for $1) and the rude, condescending tone of the employee, and decided to take our business elsewhere. read more

It's a nice facility BUT..they don't answer the phone, don't acknowledge emails and raised our monthly rental after less than a year!

I am pretty persnickety about where I choose to keep my stuff. My fiance and I had an apartment fire and we have been looking for an apartment since, yet in the interim, we needed to store our items somewhere. Right now, I'm staying in Mickleton and could have easily found a unit probably within walking distance to my location, but I passed them up either because the neighborhood looked rough, the prices were too high, or the reviews were lacking. I chose iStorage because it's Google reviews were good, the pricing was low-mid range (and anyone who knows pricing knows you don't want the cheapest cuz you get what you pay for, but you DO want competitive pricing, which this facility provides,) and the staff seemed very friendly. I seriously spent about 2 weeks finding the right place. The gentlemen who helped me sign my lease was VERY courteous, personable, professional, and helpful. I am very happy with my experience here thus far and 10/10 would recommend to anyone else. read more

Went online looked at a few and picked one because of the price and size of container available. The next day Ms Casilas contacted me by phone to come over to the facility to check it out.
