I got locked out of my apartment - the owner answered my call right away; he was very communicative and was there within 20 minutes. My apartment has a special high security lock that he said was going to be difficult to pick without breaking it but he'd try his best; luckily he was able to pick it saving me the hassle and cost of getting a whole new lock!! Getting locked out is a frustrating experience but he made it easy and fast! I hope I don't get locked out again but if I do I'll definitely call them again. Thank you!! (COVID-19: He arrived wearing a mask and wore it the entire time) read more

Locked myself out of my apartment during covid-19 quarantine, which of course was not ideal. The technician that responded was nearly immediate, professional, wearing a mask, and reasonably priced. He further accepted cash app and venmo for added convenience. Hopefully I won't be locking myself out again, but if I do, they'll be my first call. read more

He showed up on time, explained in detail what it was he needed to do, worked quickly and efficiently, and answered some non-lock related questions (first time home buyer; I just wanted opinions ). His prices are comparable/going rate for the area (I got quotes from 3 other companies). I would absolutely recommend Yigal and Public Locksmith for yiu new home locksmithing needs! read more

Public Locksmith provided excellent service. Yigal drove across town at 6:30pm right after we got off the phone to change my mailbox key, worked very fast and provided me with two copies. Also, when I asked if he had a mask before he came over his reply was "Of course. Who doesn't?" and he accepted payment by Venmo which made me feel safe having him come over while COVID is ongoing. We flew into Miami and arrived at our condo only to learn we had been locked out and didn't have the right key. It was late, the office was closed and we were tired, but felt that calling a locksmith would be cheaper and quicker than trying to find a hotel for the night to get to tomorrow. Publix Locksmith showed up in about 10 minutes and had us in the door in about 5 minutes. He was polite and friendly and sympathetic to our situation. His price was even more reasonable than expected, as we didn't ask for pricing before he came. Very pleased with our experience and would expect they are consistent in their business dealings. If you catch yourself in this situation, make an instant decision like we did, and your problem will be solved instantly. read more
