My vehicle is a '97 Nissan Maxima SE and has been with me since my first job out of grad school. Its manual transmission and I've taken good care of it for the last 20 years with approximately 155K on it. I had to get my smog test done since I've been traveling back and forth between LA and Phoenix. Even though I had renewed my registration, I got too busy over summer to get the smog test done. I found Paul's place open on sunday before Labor day, most others had closed. I reached PT Smog and called Paul who showed up within 5 mins. After a few minutes to get his equipment, computer system and other things up-and-running, Paul started the smog test. He was kind enough to provide a couple of "out of car" seats for my wife and I. After 20-30 mins of testing, Paul provided me the "pass" tag as well as had forwarded the results electronically to DMV. Thank you Paul for taking care of us on your sunday. read more

Upon arriving, I was promptly greeted by Paul, the pleasant, personable, proprietor. Great service...definitely recommend. read more

I came in for a smog test today. The shop was tucked in a little corner so it was hard to locate. I did not have to wait and was done in about 10 minutes. He was very knowlegable and was kind enough to offer me water while I waited. Customer service was top notch and fee was reasonable. read more

Excellent service. I called Paul and asked if the $40 special applies to my Mercedes C300, and it did. I went in and in less than 10 min I was out of there. Very pleased to have found this place. Called first and was advised when to come in. Paul is friendly, very reasonably priced and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. And he was able to smog test my 1978 VW bus. He has fashioned a shaded spot to sit if you want to wait the 15-20 minutes it takes and offers water. I highly recommend PT Smog. I know I will be back. read more

I had Paul perform my smog check yesterday and was completely happy with my experience. He's personable and accommodating. If you stop by without calling first and his door is closed, don't leave. Call his office number and he will do whatever possible to be there within minutes. When I stopped by, he appeared to be closed but I called him and he met me within 10 minutes. Look for his banner on the corner as it is tucked back a bit behind a couple of other auto shops. Support this local business. You will not regret it. read more
