Very pleased to have found this place. Called first and was advised when to come in. Paul is friendly, very reasonably priced and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. And he was able to smog test my 1978 VW bus. He has fashioned a shaded spot to sit if you want to wait the 15-20 minutes it takes and offers water. I highly recommend PT Smog. I had Paul perform my smog check yesterday and was completely happy with my experience. He's personable and accommodating. If you stop by without calling first and his door is closed, don't leave. Call his office number and he will do whatever possible to be there within minutes. When I stopped by, he appeared to be closed but I called him and he met me within 10 minutes. I had a wonderful experience. Paul, greeted me right away and was warm, friendly and polite. There was no wait - my car was serviced immediately! I spent, perhaps, 15 minutes there in total. My car passed smog check, and I was on my way. It is a cash establishment at present, but he is in the process of getting a credit card machine.
