My first time eating pho for breakfast. This place was open early so we decided to eat pho for breakfast. The combo pho had very good broth and plenty of meat. The tofu lemon grass had good flavor also. The tofu was slightly on the hard/dry side and the sauce was slightly sweet as well. However, very good dish with tons of fresh vegetables. This is by far my favorite place for chicken pho. The broth is perfect and always hot. The chicken is always tender. Other places have really tough, rubbery chicken. I love the to-go bowls that allow you to eat the soup in the take-out container they provide. I order the chicken pho at least once a week. I highly recommend it!! read more

The dining area here is small but the staff is very nice. Our food came out hot and fresh without anything missing or wrong. I've enjoyed Pho at one of their other locations but today, I came to try the spring rolls. While tasty, they weren't the best and oddly, they're overpriced compared to other spring rolls I've ordered at other restaurants. They give you one less than usual (2 rolls instead of 3) but their quality is just fine. I'd recommend the peanut sauce here over the fish sauce. The fish sauce is usually my go-to but it's rather underwhelming here and just salty without any other flavor. However, I don't usually enjoy peanut sauce and loved it here! read more

I was craving noodles last night after a marathon of shopping.. I just wanted something yummy and filling! After sitting in the Starbucks parking lot scrolling "food near me" I landed on PT noodles, looked up and what do you know it was around the corner from Starbucks. I checked the menu (you can order online!!) and decided on some egg noodles stir fried with chicken and naturally the shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce.. I placed the order online (whenever I do not have to talk to ppl, the business automatically gets an extra star) and waited a few before going inside to check on my order. It was late, 7:30 and they close at 8pm. My order took about 20 mins.. I got home and immediately tucked in! The spring rolls were delicious! Fresh and crisp, the sauce was delicious! Not too thick, nice and nutty. The noodles were just ok... maybe because it was later in the day, but they were dry(not enough sauce from the stir fry) and the chicken was pretty dry too. The overall flavor was great, the noodles just gave "mall" Asian express vibes. I will definitely try them again earlier in the day, I see the Potential and I am a PHO head!! What happened to this place? I ordered the Bun Bo hue and what I got is something different. It's missing the special ingredients that makes it a "bun Bo hue". No big noodles, no pork hock, and, no pork blood. If you're going to order this might as well order a regular bowl of pho to save money and just add chilis on it.
