I called my normal AC company who installed the 5yr old unit. They said they'd see me on Friday (it was Monday). Not acceptable. So I go onto yelp and find Air Flow Bros. They tell me they can see me same day between 2-4pm. Awesome! Booked! About 11:30 I get a text saying a technician can be at my house EARLY at 12:15. Yup! Booked! Roman gets there at 12:15 on the dot. Professional, communicative and just a nice guy. He tells me what's wrong and my options. On top of that, he had what he needed to fix the issue. Had it handled and had my AC working again in under 2 hours. Bottom Line: Air Flow Bros has a new customer for life. Shout out to Roman!

After having three different HVAC…read moretechnicians from other companies come out and tell us that everything was working fine, we were incredibly frustrated because we knew something was clearly wrong with our AC. Kol was the first person who took the time to actually investigate the problem thoroughly. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. He ran the proper diagnostics, identified the issue, and explained everything clearly so we understood exactly what was happening with our system. It was such a relief to finally have someone figure out what was wrong instead of simply telling us everything was fine after being charged service fees. We really appreciated Kol's honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend Kol and Air Flow Bros -- truly 5-star service!

He actually showed up early for our appointment, which I really appreciated. Leading up to the visit, he was incredibly communicative and easy to reach by both call and text, which made scheduling and coordination stress-free. During the installation, Ray was professional, tidy, and very respectful of my home. He took the time to walk me through how the new system works and even helped me get my thermostat synced with my phone. Before leaving, he ran multiple tests to make sure everything was working perfectly. It's clear that Ray is highly experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC systems. The quality of his work and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience. I highly recommend Air Now Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of HVAC services. I'll definitely be reaching out again for any future repairs or maintenance. Thanks again, Ray!

They originally booked me for Saturday but told me they would call if an earlier appointment became available. To my surprise, they contacted me the very next day because of a cancellation. Our technician, Fabian, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue and also educated us on the importance of routine A/C maintenance to help prevent future problems. I really appreciated that he answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The entire experience, from scheduling to the repair, was excellent. It's hard to find a company that's responsive, honest, and reliable, but this one exceeded our expectations. We will definitely continue using them for all of our future heating and air conditioning needs. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed with Southwest HVAC…read more I called Southwest HVAC in April to have my AC serviced before summer because I have a newborn at home and wanted to make sure our system was reliable before the hot weather hit. I specifically took the initiative to have the unit maintained ahead of time because keeping my family comfortable and safe was a priority. During that visit, Southwest HVAC charged me $1,000 for a capacitor and a hard-start kit. I thought the price was extremely high, but I agreed to pay it because I trusted that I was paying for professional service and, more importantly, peace of mind that my AC would be ready for the summer. Fast-forward ONLY FIVE MONTHS and my AC won't even turn on. Naturally, I called Southwest HVAC expecting them to stand behind the work they had performed just five months earlier. Instead, I was told I would have to pay another $100 diagnostic fee just for them to come out and look at the system. That's what I find completely unacceptable. You charged me $1,000 to service and repair my AC, and less than five months later the system isn't even turning on--and your response is essentially, "Pay us another $100 and we'll take a look." If you are going to charge customers premium prices for HVAC work, I expect a reasonable level of accountability when the equipment fails shortly after you serviced it. I shouldn't have to pay another fee simply to find out whether the work I already paid you $1,000 for was done properly or whether the components you installed have failed. The timing is especially frustrating because I specifically had this work done BEFORE summer precisely so I wouldn't end up in this situation. I have a newborn in the house, and now I'm dealing with a non-functioning AC in the middle of summer after paying this company $1,000 for service only five months ago. $1,000 in April. AC completely dead in September. Another $100 just to get someone to diagnose it. That is not what I consider good customer service, and it certainly isn't what I expected when I paid Southwest HVAC to service my system. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion and comparing prices before giving this company your business. Based on my experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the way they handled the situation afterward.
