I love this store because it's gigantic and it sits off of Michigin Avenue and it's right in the area where all the shopping is so it's a lot of fun. Just don't drive here. Parking downtown in a tourist area is not easy.

I get that my age is not the target market for Uniqlo, but I also know that there are a few nuggets of gold throughout the store relative to casual leisure wear, and after a hunt, I found a few shelves and racks full of pants...and after a quick fitting room visit, I scooped up a few colors of each and made our way to the registers. The store is multi-story, as is most on Michigan Avenue. It is also insanely busy, but given the size and layout, it does not feel overwhelming. The store is laid out well, organized, well kept and clean. You constantly see staff members stocking, fixing, re-hanging, etc... In addition to the clothing, there is a custom embroidery section upstairs. We did not partake, but it was busy and I saw several cool pieces leave the area. Service was the only thing a bit off. The staff were quick, but not engaging or necessarily friendly. While there were lots of people on the floor, they never seemed to engage you unless explicitly requested. No big deal, but noticeable. Overall, I enjoy Uniqlo and this location is a good one!

First off, it's beautiful! Perfectly merchandised, elegant decor, and so many beautiful items to choose from. From clothing to jewelry, to fragrance and devotionals, and so much more. I can't tell you how much I loved this store. The employees were kind and helpful, the music playing was uplifting...they even had a place in the dressing room to write down your prayer requests. This store is not just your average clothing store. I didn't originally plan on buying anything but we purchased the cutest clothes, lovely jewelry that I haven't taken off since I bought it, and my new favorite fragrance (I chose Golden Hour, but believe me, they all smelled so good). I'm annoyed i forgot to get her name to give her some Yelp love, but she helped us find a super puff jacket (the warmest coats!) and another super puff vest that wasn't in stock so had it shipped to our house. There was a small line for the fitting room, but seemed short after what we had just waited in at Brandy Melville across the street. And checkout was a breeze. I find their quality really great and their pricing fair (maybe pricey if you're buying it for a 13 year old). I had to return a sweater and I went to browse a few items to use for the remaining balance of my gift card, a very nice woman help me pick out a few options that she thought we might look good with the clothes that I already had in my hand. She had also gotten me a fitting room, but I had to ask the other employees for help with the fitting as she was more on the floor sales -which is totally totally fine. Finally found a dress that I liked and checkout was fine but I live in Chicago, so I definitely should know that there is a bag tax. I ordered the hoodie as a 2XL. Honestly, when I tried it on, it was barely an XL. I was worried about washing it after wearing it as I was concerned it would shrink a little making it even less of a 2XL. When I contacted Threadless with my issue, they couldn't have been more accommodating (brava Becca at the help desk!). You can't go wrong with Threadless. Cool graphics, cool products, and a wonderful team.

Threadless uses contracted printing shops for various items. They do not uphold a high quality…read morestandard at all. More than 50% of the items I've ordered in 2025 have had defects. This includes everything from t-shirts to hoodies to mugs. They can't get the printing straight. The printing contains defects with streaks or entire chunks missing. Is a human being even LOOKING at these before they go out the door? It's shameful. Threadless has reprinted a handful of items for me and has refunded me for others. It is very hard to have a Threadless shop for my nonprofit when there's a high chance that my donors/clients are going to get something defective from their shoddy suppliers. Stay far away.

We went back to Frankie's On the Park to look for a service dress for my daughter's upcoming bat…read moremitzvah. This time I made an appt with the infamous Suzie who was kind enough to meet us on a Sunday morning before the store was even open. Suzie has quite the reputation (a good one!) among the bat mitzvah girls and I can see why. She had an eye for what would look good on my daughter and nailed it within 5 minutes. Done! We then made our way downstairs to do some shopping while we had the store to our own. She found a dress to wear to other mitzvahs that she liked so much we got it in a few colors and did some fall shopping as well (aka sweatpants and cute long sleeve tees). We spent more than I was planning to, but the smile on her face was priceless. My daughter wears a junior size and I do find the dress selection a bit limited for juniors (she had 2 racks to choose from), but they certainly have more than anywhere else I've seen and easier to try on person than ordering a bunch online. I think she's good on dresses for the rest of 2023, but when we are ready for more I"ll definitely be calling Suzie to make sure she'll be there to help!

I got looked up and down by the lady with short white hair working. A woman shopping picked up something from the kid section and she snapped at her that they were kid's jeans. After not greeting me, she proceeded to greet the next two people walking in. I will never understand treating customers differently on appearance or talking down on you for looking at items in the store, or being unable to wrap their mind around the concept that customers could be shopping for another person. I will spend my money at a less judgmental, ignorant establishment.
