I expressed to them my frustration, how sad I was, and how I NEEDED those dresses and they actually met me near my job a good 30-35 min ride from the boutique to personally deliver the dresses! I have to update my review... I find their events system REALLY frustrating. Like... where are…read morethese events they advertise? The current issue is that they've advertised something on their Instagram, and they don't have a link to this particular event on their Instagram page. I asked a couple times before getting a response about where to find the event, and was told it's on the website. But the events section (which is at the bottom of the page, called Community Events in the small print where you usually look for contact info) has events from nine months ago because when I clicked on one that said April, it said that the event is completed. It should not be this damn hard to find events that they're advertising weeks in advance, nor having to ask multiple times a few days apart to get some sort of help. I had to use the search function to find the event, and that was successful only because I knew the name of it; if I was trying to browse what events they were hosting I would have been out of luck. They have a lot of good things going for them, but it's simply ridiculous that this is so difficult when literally any other company that hosts events has some sort of easily found, top-level link to them for people to find. When I finally did find the event and went to sign up, there's no time listed so I had to go back to Instagram to find it... make it make sense.
