Same goes for leggings...I wish they had more color options. The prices are reasonable and even better if you are able to shop when there is a sale. If you are buying for a new baby keep in mind they run small. They will box and put bow on anything you need wrapped. The sales associates are always super nice and helpful with seeing if they have extra sizes in the back. Parking on Halstead can be a bit tricky on weekends.

They pointed out a couple areas where they have "girl" baby clothes (I mean, clothing doesn't have a gender but we exist in the world where people like to do that). Most of their clothes are for children older than mine but they did have a few things. It's definitely expensive, though, so I don't know that I'd buy a lot here. I did buy some very cute barrettes for my baby (I've found it hard to find some that don't have pieces attached to them, and I don't want pieces that might pull off) and I'll probably purchase more at some point. I also will check out their holiday stuff and may look at the coats they have as well, as the weather cools down. I'll certainly keep an eye on their Instagram, too.

We visited this store as a group of five brown people, and from the moment we walked in, we were met with an incredibly cold and dismissive attitude. Meanwhile, three white couples were being assisted by the sales representatives. There was a man and a woman at the front counter. The woman was constantly on her phone, while the man had an iPad in his hand. When I asked if someone could help us with a few questions about strollers, the woman told us that the sales representatives on the floor could help but were all busy. We understood and waited patiently. We waited a full 30 minutes, and nobody bothered to help us. Eventually, one of the white couples left, freeing up a sales representative. He disappeared into the back and still did not come to assist us. I had to return to the counter and ask for help a second time. When the representative finally approached us, he had a completely uninterested expression and essentially said, "Yeah, what?" I asked about several strollers, but instead of opening them up, demonstrating how they worked, or properly answering our questions, he simply pointed at the products from a distance. We had barely been speaking with him for five minutes when, at around 4:30 p.m., he started cleaning up and putting things away, effectively cutting our interaction short and making us feel unwelcome. What made the situation even more upsetting was watching the staff become attentive to white customers while we were still waiting for assistance. While we had been waiting for 30 minutes, the woman at the counter, who had been on her phone, approached another white couple to offer help. Then, when we had finally managed to get a sales representative to assist us after repeatedly asking, the man with the iPad also approached another white couple to ask if they had any questions. We had barely begun receiving the assistance we had waited so long for, yet the staff were already making themselves available to other white customers. The contrast in how we were treated compared to the white customers was impossible to ignore. On top of this, we experienced inappropriate and uncomfortable comments about pregnancy, including questions such as, "Who told you that?" and "Have you ever spoken to a pediatrician?" These remarks were unnecessary, intrusive, and completely unprofessional. Expectant parents should feel comfortable asking questions and shopping for their babies without being made to feel judged or uncomfortable. I have never experienced such blatant disregard and disrespect in a retail store before. We were patient, polite, and simply wanted assistance with an important purchase. Instead, we were ignored, dismissed, and made to feel as though we did not belong. It is deeply disappointing that in 2026, people still have to wonder whether they will be treated differently because they are brown or Muslim. No customer should have to experience this kind of treatment. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would not recommend this store, especially to expectant parents who deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and supported. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and investigates how customers are being treated. Update: I tried reaching out via the email address provided, but it appears to be invalid. I hope this was an honest mistake, as I was genuinely willing to discuss our experience privately.

When I asked why I didn't get my 15% off, I was told that Cubs items aren't included. Yes, on second look I saw there it was in tiny type, but that's not the point. The sale sign was literally placed among the Cubs items and so it was obviously misleading. When I pointed this out to the sales associate, her affect was, well, bored/annoyed. So I'm withdrawing a star because I wonder about the store's integrity and business practices.

As a local mom with two BOYS, this boutique has been a little but of girl heaven for me...Everytime I go in I have at least one of the boys with me and the girls there completely dote on them and feed them candy while I shop...I have bought alot of clothing and gift items there and wish I could buy even more. It's hard for me to actually go shopping for myself without having one of the boys with me and so this store has been a great place for me to get some fun trendy items in my wardrobe. We had matching Father's Day t's made for my husband and the kids one year at the graffiti bar and so that was fun too! Frankie's also hosted my 4 year old's birthday party in their graffiti room upstairs and it was a blast. The kids had a dance party and the girl's working the party were so helpful. My family and I are moving out of state and I will no doubt miss this boutique. I find Frankie's to be such a niche type of store but no doubt there is something in there for everyone - even boys and men. read more

I'm pretty sure it doesn't get much cooler than a glass front building with the coolest window displays around. From the moment I walk into Frankie's I am always greeted with a warm friendly welcome. I shop the front of the store for women and the upstairs galleria. I am always very pleased with their displays and updated merchandise. They get new stuff in every day, and there is always a variety of products and price points. I usually never leave the store empty handed, as I love the sales team, it's also hard to stay away. Whether it be a pair of jeans, sweater or even just a cute piece of jewelry, Frankie's really is a one stop shop. The employees are great at reaching out to their customers, and are always making sure they get the best deals around. I love shopping at smaller stores, but especially at Frankie's I feel a very special personal relationship that makes me want to continue going back for more. read more

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Frankie's on the Park for the second time! It's our go-to destination for Bat Mitzvah styling. Three years ago, my first daughter found both her service and party dress there, and we still look back at the photos with so much love for those looks. This time, I booked an appointment and was thrilled to work with Suzie again. She took the time to meet my daughter, understand the silhouettes she liked, and quickly pulled dresses in her size that she was excited about. The first service dress she tried on was perfect! Then, we explored the party dress selection, which was fantastic. My daughter found "THE ONE!" It was such a special day for us, and we are so grateful to Suzie for making it all come together. There is only one problem with Frankie's....when I shop there for my (almost) 12 year old or one of her friends, I end up buying something for myself! It is great one-stop shopping. They have great shoes, bags, accessories and of course, clothes. The weekly/holiday specials are like nothing I have experienced in Chicago. The customer service is outstanding and personal. The staff take time to get to know their customers. They really cut out all the "filler" you find in department stores. Just the good, fashionable, fun stuff that my daughter and her friends are looking for. There is just enough product that the girls don't all look alike and can really shop their own style. Their women's collection is also small and to the point. Great jeans, tops and jewelry. I think this store is keeper in the long lost world of boutique shopping in Chicago. I have been to Frankie's many times because my daughters (10 and 8) LOVE it. The prices are a bit high, but I appreciate the weeded out quantity of clothing that is appealing to my girls and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My older daughter attended her first Bat Matzvah in the Fall and I was at a loss about what she should wear. The staff was extremely helpful and assisted us in finding a dress and accessories that were age appropriate and trendy. Both my daughter and I walked away from the experience happy with our purchases. My favorite item purchased at Frankie's has to be the DIRT lavender and eucalyptus body scrub. The scent is heavenly and something I look forward to at the end of each day. I liked it so much I went back and bought one for all of my girlfriends for Christmas. read more

This place is a goldmine! I have found amazing clothes and accessories for myself as well as my 7 year old cousin and her little friends! I have been coming to this store since it opened because it is in my neighborhood, but I would absolutely make a trek to come check it out (luckily they have a website though too)! The upstairs galleria and graffiti bar are also so much fun! I have made bachelorette party tees and st pattys tees for all my friends on a few occasions and the local crafts they have are so cute and unique. I would shop here more often if I could afford it! I could not be more pleased with the service that I received from Frankies. I recently bought some clothes for my daughter online. While the clothes were adorable, several of the items did not fit my daughter. My daughter was so disappointed and is at the age where she is self conscience about her body and how things look and fit. The woman who helped us at Frankies went to great extremes to make sure that we were all happy and thrilled with our final purchases. She rescued victory from defeat. Frankies on the Park is my absolute most favorite store ever! I have a 10 year old daughter who gets all of her clothes and shoes there. We buy her dressy clothes and her casual, everyday clothes. The clothes are fashion forward and unique. I have even started buying my clothes there! They have a great selection of jeans for women, as well as great tops, sweaters, shoes and jewelry! My daughter heard about Frankie's from her school friends and just HAD to go!! She literally was speechless when she walked in---all of her favorite clothes in one store. Sugarlips, Hardtail, Butter and sooooo much more. Yes it is more expensive than other stores....but we go for special occasions (birthdays, holidays, great report card rewards.) Frankie's also seems to have dresses for that hard to buy for age (not little girls yet not teenagers.) The store was packed with great hip fashion finds and the staff was very helpful. Frankie's is a wonderful store for teenage girls. And, maybe some fit moms. The store has a very positive, fun vibe. They take girls seriously and give them independence to choose their own style. When one gets to know the staff, they will even invite the girls to do quick photo shoots in their clothes. It is a wonderful confidence booster for young girls just learning about themselves. My daughter and I stopped in this boutique one day when I was visiting her. The clothing is very cute and trendy and good quality over all, however it was definitely more targeted at young girls or women in their 20s. My daughter loved it, however cannot afford a lot of the merchandise so when I visit I like to treat her to something now and then, there are more shops close to Frankies that I can find something for myself that is a bit more sophisticated. read more

I was recently in Frankie's on the Park and was overwhelmed at the amazing selection of unique gift items they have upstairs. I really liked that almost all of the vendors on the second floor were local artists. The staff was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. The shop is not large, but... they don't carry much merchandise. I thought perhaps it was a new store, but I learned it actually opened in 2021. I also thought perhaps they have events or something for which they use the space--and I think they do, but pretty occasionally; not a whole bunch of regular events. They seem to focus on sustainable clothing and whatnot, so perhaps that is why, as those brands may be hard to come by. Some of their stuff is fairly expensive, and while I occasionally might buy something a little more expensive for a special occasion, I'm much less likely to do so for everyday wear. I will certainly keep an eye on their Instagram, but I'm not sure I'll be stopping in too often.

I expressed to them my frustration, how sad I was, and how I NEEDED those dresses and they actually met me near my job a good 30-35 min ride from the boutique to personally deliver the dresses! They are just amazing people and it makes you feel good about spending that type of money. They earn my business any day and they for sure should earn yours as well. They deserve it!!!

Yes, they're on the second floor, but they will undoubtedly help you up the stairs if you have a stroller.
