You never feel like "just another member" here. The amenities are top-tier. The gym is always clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully laid out. The equipment selection is excellent--everything is well maintained, modern, and there's clearly been intention put into creating a space that works for both serious lifters and everyday gym-goers. There's plenty of room to train without feeling overcrowded, and the overall vibe is motivating without being intimidating. What really stands out is the attention to detail--from cleanliness to atmosphere to how smoothly everything runs. It feels like a premium gym experience, but without the ego or chaos you find at big commercial gyms. You can tell the team takes pride in the space and the community they've built. If you're looking for a gym with exceptional customer service, high-quality amenities, and an environment that actually makes you want to show up and train, Vim & Vigor is the place. Highly recommend.

I wanted to leave an updated review after being a member for more than six months. I also wanted to…read morerespond to a review I saw here that I personally do not think reflects the environment of this gym. From my experience, this gym has been very safe and respectful for women. I have never been disrespected by any men here. I go at different times of the day, both mornings and evenings, so I see different groups of people, and my experience has always been positive. Overall, the gym is great. I really like that there have been upgrades with new machines being added. It's nice to see the gym continuing to improve the equipment for members. One suggestion I would have is adding more recovery options. The sauna is great, but many gyms are starting to offer additional recovery amenities. It would be really nice to see things like massage chairs, a cold plunge, or other recovery features added for members. Another improvement that could help would be organizing some of the machines a bit more by section, such as grouping leg machines together and arm machines together. Aside from those suggestions, I really enjoy this gym. It's a clean, safe environment and a great place to work out. The staff here are also great and very helpful. I saw some people mention that the blonde woman who works here is rude, but that has not been my experience at all. She has always been very nice. She may have a strong voice and might come across as serious at first, but once you talk to her she is actually very kind. She may just not be a super bubbly person, and that's okay because everyone has different personalities. I would also like to point out that all of the employees here have been nice and respectful. But I do hope the owner see my review and does consider adding more recovery options : ) That would be Greattt !!!

Be very careful with Fitness Mania…read more My membership renews on December 31st, but their waiver hides a clause saying you must email them by December 25th or they won't process your cancellation until the next billing cycle -- meaning you get charged again even if you cancel before renewal. When I called, I was told this was "part of the waiver I signed" in a dismissive tone. California has strict laws requiring gym cancellation terms to be clear and not deceptive. An arbitrary holiday deadline buried in fine print is shady at best.

I miss aerial yoga so much, but many of the studios I frequented closed down during the pandemic…read moresince the rigor of cleaning the aerial silks was not feasible for business. I was in the area visiting family and I needed a work out before feasting all weekend. I was so happy to see a Sky Flow - Aerial Yoga class with Michelle on Thanksgiving Eve. I've been to Fit Ritual Studio years ago, when they were on the opposite side of Claremont Blvd. This location seems to be more spacious so I'm happy for the business for being able to expand. I had a great workout with Michelle. She was so sweet and motivational the whole time. Aerial yoga is a difficult work out, and requires a lot of upper body strength to lift your own body weight up. I am definitely not in the shape I used to be in, but Michelle offered some alternatives if a student would like to do an easier version or a more advanced version to accommodate students of all levels. Such a great work out. I feel like the stretches are so much more deep with the assist of the silks. And the inversions really help release pressure on the spine. It just needs some getting used to if you're not used to it. I'm glad I was still able to do a few moves, but I hope I can get back into the shape I used to be in. I'll be keeping an eye out for Michelle's aerial classes when I'm in the area. This is definitely a place I would frequent if I lived in the area.

Been going to BC Fitness for years with only great experiences…read more Classes are amazing and made for athletes, owners deeply care and are knowledgeable about everything cycling, and BC fitness is a stellar hub of the cycling community! We have personally had maybe 10 bikes fit here with amazing results. My son went to nationals twice and I won a state championship! Most importantly leadership is inclusive and develops good people and good sports as a priority over winning - which they do through kindness, respect and the gift of time. I'm thankful for all the ways BC Fitness played a positive role in my life and the lives of my family members! (As a heads up, the cafe is reopening under new ownership soon but is currently closed, so this review is just for fitness, coaching and cycling expertise)

My daughter was told this would be a fun, low key bicycle club for kids where they'd ride around…read morethe neighborhood on local trails and make new friends. We were assured it was not competitive and all abilities were welcome. That could NOT have been farther from the truth. My daughter was never "in shape" enough or "ready" enough to join the group rides according to the coaches. She literally was told to please not attend the rides because she'd get left behind--suuuper kid-friendly. Such a waste of time and energy...and worse a disappointed kid who got bait and switched :-( Far more irritating than all of this...they have no readily available membership cancellation button on their website. I verbally cancelled with Rachael. Months later I was charged for another year. I was promised that the PayPal charge would be reversed ASAP. It never happened. I ended up having to file a PayPal dispute to get my money back. All in all it took probably 6 weeks to get my money back. I thought the nightmare was finally over. NOPE! Now two years after we cancelled, I got charged for another year's membership just now. So after the PayPal dispute, which I don't even think they bothered to respond to, they STILL have not bothered to fix what they promised would be done "ASAP" years ago!!!! UPDATE: I received an email from Rachael asking me to come in & talk to her so we could "work something out" about my refund (this isn't how refunds work, so let me translate: "If you remove your truthful review, THEN & ONLY THEN will I give you the refund you are legally entitled to. They fought my PayPal dispute to keep charging me on 11/25 for a membership that was terminated in 2023.) Look around folks. Do you see a cancellation button anywhere on their website or team app? Nope. Terrible people. Genuinely. Redlands Bicycle Club for Kids. Redlands Kids Cycling Group. Team California. BC Fitness Cafe. Team California Juniors. Redlands Youth Bicycle Club.
