I miss aerial yoga so much, but many of the studios I frequented closed down during the pandemic since the rigor of cleaning the aerial silks was not feasible for business. I was in the area visiting family and I needed a work out before feasting all weekend. I was so happy to see a Sky Flow - Aerial Yoga class with Michelle on Thanksgiving Eve. I've been to Fit Ritual Studio years ago, when they were on the opposite side of Claremont Blvd. This location seems to be more spacious so I'm happy for the business for being able to expand. I had a great workout with Michelle. She was so sweet and motivational the whole time. Aerial yoga is a difficult work out, and requires a lot of upper body strength to lift your own body weight up. I am definitely not in the shape I used to be in, but Michelle offered some alternatives if a student would like to do an easier version or a more advanced version to accommodate students of all levels. Such a great work out. I feel like the stretches are so much more deep with the assist of the silks. And the inversions really help release pressure on the spine. It just needs some getting used to if you're not used to it. I'm glad I was still able to do a few moves, but I hope I can get back into the shape I used to be in. I'll be keeping an eye out for Michelle's aerial classes when I'm in the area. This is definitely a place I would frequent if I lived in the area. read more

love going to this studio, all their classes and instructors have been so fun. I have been able to explore outside my comfort zone and try so many different forms of fitness. I appreciate the hours of operation and pace of classes as perfect for beginners too! Tash is an amazing instructor and very good at explaining proper form and exercises. She also pushes you and your strength level and I can feel it after every work out. highly recommend if you want to try cycling, small group classes or aerial yoga, pilates or bungee! read more

I absolutely love this gym, there are so many different classes to choose from and the trainers are amazing! My fave trainer is Ian, he has truly inspired me to stay consistent and that has helped me see the most progress in my body ever! Trust me I've tried almost every gym and this one actually has me enjoy working out. People are amazing and the workouts are super fun(even though they kick my butt...in a good way). I love the variety of classes at this studio gym. I always can try something different every week whether it's barre, aerial yoga, or bungee fitness. My favorite class that I have been consistently going to is the kickboxing class with Ian. Ian is always super motivating and I have seen myself becoming stronger with his classes. I tried this studio on a whim because I had been interested in trying Bungee Fitness for a long time. The free week trial after my first Bungee class allowed me to try some of the other classes they offered. I was hooked. I love the variety of classes this studio has to offer, from spin class, weight training, TRX, yoga to HIIT and they have a schedule that fits my busy lifestyle. I heard they're also adding kick boxing soon! Ian , one of the trainer, is amazing! Very motivating and he ensures you're using proper form. The atmosphere here is so welcoming, and the community is incredibly supportive. I like how they provide a cool towel at the end of our work out. I highly recommend this studio! read more

I was visiting California and found this great little studio to take a cycle class. I chose the 5:30am class, easy to find and plenty of parking. The studio is small but clean and efficient. Music and lights fit the atmosphere for a cycle ride. I did a 45 minute ride and it was strictly riding. No weights, no arm movements etc. It was more of a beginner class so if you have never taken a class before you should definitely try out this studio! read more

I only have good things to say about Fit Rituals Studio. I originally began attending with the sole purpose of wanting to try and learn aerial yoga starting mid-April. This fitness studio was the closest to where I live, and thought it would be a great opportunity to give it a try. It was also during a time I was going through a difficult time in my life, and felt like I needed to do something different to improve my mental quality of life. I haven't incorporated regular physical activity pretty much since high school, and years later, I always felt intimidated to go to a gym or other fitness studios/classes due to my lack of experience. Needless to say, Fit Rituals made my fitness journey enjoyable, and even on the days I don't feel my best, coming here gave me a new sense of discipline to keep going. Never in a million years would I have ever thought about doing any kind of strength training, but as I began to attend the different variety of fitness classes offered, every instructor welcomes you with a comfortable environment. Even if it's your first time to a new class, they make sure you can learn and grow at your own pace. Just trust the process and you'll see the improvement over time. It's been about a month and a half since I started going here, and I can say that it has really helped with my overall mental health and I just feel much stronger both mentally and physically. I've taken an aerial yoga class but this was definitely more core and strength focused. The instructor, Tatiana was great. Aerial Yoga was truly such a phenomenal class! I spent last summer trying many different fitness classes with various friends and this one was one of my absolute favorites that I'd recommend it. It tests your body's strength and ability to trust itself in a way that makes you feel accomplished by the end of the class. This studio has been a second home to me while in college. Bernadette who runs the studio is incredibly kind and welcoming which makes the place feel comfortable! All the instructors are also so kind and motivational! I loved the 6am cycling class with Tasha and it always pushed me to keep going. I gave 3 stars because I actually enjoyed the only spin class I took at the studio. I signed up for a second class but experience was not great. I had no idea the spin classes fill up quickly so I will take responsibility for not making it earlier. I walked in and all the bikes were taken so I had no choice but to sit in the front row. I was having difficulties with the pedal on the bike right in front of instructor but they continued to warm up the class and didn't bother to come check on me to see why I was struggling with the bike.
