My family and I come to this gym. Priscilla is kick ass and she really motivates you to do your best. She is Very knowledgeable and has a great rapport w all her clients. Honestly she's bad ass . You won't regret your decision I can promise you that ! Now go.... go get in shape ! I dare you

Deadlift

I was bodybuiding with another trainer before the pandamic and was terrified to walk into a new place with a new trainer. I found Priscilla off Yelp and took a leap of faith that I don't regret it!! She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas no matter your starting point. She has helped me get back into heavy lifting and I am so grateful. Heavylifting and powerlifting is intimidating for a woman let me tell you ! I feel empowered again and strong. You can trust this young woman to help you achieve your fitness goals.

I've had personal training before and this is by far my best experience. Priscilla is an awesome trainer. As a woman, it's amazing having a woman who trains you that knows how it is to have woman parts and still be able to give you a workout that any man can give. The classes are very specific to your needs, as you discuss with her she also inputs what she sees you need. I've done classes there and they're fun! So many activities and it's different every week. Its challenging and you push your limits each time. Also there are different classes that teach you just movement. Super needed techniques that no one has ever taught me before. All the people that participate are very friendly and interactive as well. No one is a stranger after one class and I highly recommend this gym for whatever needs your looking to achieve. If your looking to simply loose weight or body building... this is the one for you.

Absolutely! I coach lifting and movement 101, 102, and 103. I really enjoy working from square one with folks- regardless of the experience of my client, I always make sure the fundamentals are in a solid place.

Kacy is big on progression and basically operates under the assumption that you can always go up in weight, which has pushed my strength up (especially hip thrusts and RDLs). It's small group training, which keeps the energy up because everyone's working at the same time. He'll keep you accountable and make sure you finish your sets and there's a decent chance you'll leave with a random nickname you didn't ask for but it does keep things entertaining. In my first month I've already seen measurable changes in strength and body composition, so it's been interesting to see the progress show up pretty quickly. I always seemed to over-strain something and end up injured, so I was pretty hesitant about jumping back into weight training after having a baby. That's when I decided to look for a personal trainer. From day one, I was impressed by Kacy's knowledge and expertise. He has this uncanny ability to gauge exactly how much I can lift just by watching me do a single set--which I'm guessing comes from years of experience, but it's still impressive to see in action. Here's the thing about Kacy that might throw you off at first: he often looks distracted, like he's not paying attention. But don't let that fool you! He's tracking everything--your form, your reps, your timing--and he'll call you out if you're slacking on your sets. It's actually kind of amazing how dialed in he is even when it doesn't look like it. If you're looking for a knowledgeable trainer who will push you and keep you accountable (even when you think he's not watching), Kacy's your guy. Highly recommend!

I was in my mid 40s and starting from absolute zero: I knew nothing about what exercises to try or how to use the various machines. I had only ever used a treadmill and exercise bike, but found them so boring that it was hard to stick with it. Thanks to Jennifer, I went from being apprehensive to looking forward to exercising for the first time! She walks me through each exercise, makes sure I do not re-aggrevate my old back and hip issues, and importantly, keeps each session fun. While they are different in styles, they will both get you back to feeling your best. Jennifer has done a great job of finding two excellent masseuse's. Lorna: While I am sure she could do any style of massage that is requested of her, I always request a deep tissue sports massage. Lorna provides an excellent massage and is able to get down deep into the tissue and get rid of any knots that are there. I always feel very relaxed and loose after the session. Lorna provides an excellent traditional deep tissue massage. Bejon: He is a running coach and is very familiar with the needs of athletes. He practices a unique no-pain style. His massage feels very much like a Swedish style relaxation massage, but when he finds a knot or spasm, he is able to get it to release in a very gentle way. I have had countless massages over the years and I have never experienced anything quite like it. If you don't like a traditional deep tissue massage and the soreness that occurs the next day or so, but need some therapy to help with your training, I would highly recommend Bejon.
