CrossFit Reverb truly is a special place. Coach Dean is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about each member and their individual goals. His team of coaches is just as amazing--supportive, encouraging, and always willing to help. When I first started CrossFit, I was very intimidated. What makes Reverb so unique is that you'll find people of all ages and fitness levels working out together. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported. Reverb doesn't feel like a gym--it feels like a family. The positive atmosphere, exceptional coaching, and sense of community are unlike anywhere else. I highly recommend CrossFit Reverb to anyone, whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to take your training to the next level. read more

I've had a free gym membership through work for years, but I could never motivate myself to go. When I did, I just wandered around with no plan or guidance. Joining CrossFit Reverb has been a total game-changer. It's like having a personal trainer in a group setting--the workouts are always planned, the coaches are awesome, and the community pushes you to do your best. In just six weeks, I've already seen results that keep me coming back. Great location / parking, great schedule, and an even better atmosphere. Highly recommend! read more

There's always good music playing and the activities (CrossFit open, Murphy challenge, etc) are super cool to be part of. Super recommended!! read more

CrossFit Reverb - Rowing machines - Interval Training Gyms Near Me - Upland, California

I started at this gym about two months ago. I know myself well enough to know I need to workout in a group setting. I also needed a gym with Classes at 5am and this gym was the only one nearby that satisfied both requirements. The price was a little bit out of my range, but I decided to give it a chance and I do not regret it. I was scared of CrossFit before, and I still am, but every trainer has been very accommodating and very cheerful about my progress, which truly means a lot because I had not exercised in over 5 years. The people are kind and respectful too, everyone is very supportive. read more

I highly recommend CrossFit Reverb. I have been a member since February 2024. They start with onboarding classes to get you up to speed with the movements. I have to admit I was nervous to go to my 1st class, but everyone was so encouraging plus all the exercises can be scaled down. You go at your own pace. I feel so much better after starting this exercise regimen. They also offer nutrition training which I have also been doing, and boy what a difference that makes along with the classes. They like to do 3 month check-ins so you can see your progress, I love that! It has really helped keep me stay on track. The varied time of the classes makes it easy to come before work, or even after. read more

I've been a member of cross fit Reverb for 1 month and it has been nothing short of fantastic. The facility is always clean, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The classes offered is incredible, from high-intensity workouts, there's something for everyone. I also appreciate the flexible hours, which make it easy to fit workouts into my busy schedule. read more

Prior to my 40's, I had been in great shape essentially my whole life. However, it felt like the day I turned 40 my metabolism slowed and the injuries started to pile up and became harder to recover from. That, along with ~recently becoming a father (our toddler was a little over 1 year old at the time I joined Reverb), I had not yet figured out how to balance parenthood, spouse life, a demanding job, social activities, and maintenance of a consistent workout routine.  Simple things like the oh-so-dreaded "dad bod" started to creep in (I never believed it would happen to me, but man, it's real!), decreased energy levels, an embarrassingly difficult time standing from a squatting / sitting position while holding my baby, and a general displeasure in my appearance. Also, I continued to struggle with injuries every time I attempted to start back in the gym.  From day 1 there was zero pressure to push myself beyond what I felt my body could take, as I slowly acclimated to the inherent demands and intensity of CrossFit. Each coach took the time to get to know me and my unique story / initial limitations, helping to modify the workouts to best fit my individual needs especially as I was still nursing a months-old shoulder injury. The encouragement, support, and welcoming atmosphere cultivated by the coaches and the Reverb community as a whole cannot be understated and has directly impacted my motivation to consistently show up week after week. In just 9 months I can objectively say that I am much stronger and more conditioned, and feeling / looking great. (To think, this is only the beginning of my Reverb journey!) My pre-existing shoulder injury is gone. And as trivial as this may sound, I can quickly pop up from the ground now with my son, pointing to improved functional strength in addition to what I'm seeing in the gym.    Eternally grateful to CrossFit Reverb for this experience! read more

Great place to workout at! Joined Reverb after a year off from doing CrossFit. I wanted a gym where I can ease myself back into daily workouts and had certain equipment. Big plus on the schedule because I can jump in for an early morning or evening class. Coaches are super friendly and professional, you can tell they have your best interest at heart. Big part of CrossFit is the community and this box did not disappoint! Everyone is very friendly! read more

Excellent gym filled with great people, high quality equipment, challenging yet fun workouts, and an invigorating environment. The members are extremely welcoming, friendly and encouraging. The coaches truly care about each of the athletes at every single ability level. There are advanced technique tips, but also general encouragement. Every workout is designed to challenge the athlete, but is also able to be modified to any fitness level with zero shame. They encourage doing what is best for you and your body on that day, not pushing yourself to the point of injury, but rather maximizing your long term health. They have a large selection of class times for any lifestyle schedule (early, late, mid-day). I've really enjoyed my experience here and plan to stay on my fitness journey with this gym. read more

My first experience with CrossFit happened at this location. I remember hearing about their workouts in the media, and thinking I could never do such a thing. I was encouraged by a friend to join this gym since I didn't see much progress to my regular workouts at big franchise gyms. I remember going through my first day and being anxious on my flexibility. Fast forward to a year, I've gained 15lbs of muscle and have improved my flexibility. I can go deep on squats & I'm progressively improving on my kip swings. The key is consistency & having good coaches. Coach Brian, Jaz, & Kat have always been encouraging and have really transformed me to a healthy and positive lifestyle. If you are lost at the gym, try this place out and give it a month. I trust you that you'll want to stay. And once you get comfortable, let Coach Brian know you'd like to change his music during the METCON :). read more

I love CrossFit Reverb. The workouts are amazing and they cater to every level and every need. You can come as u are and workout for your level of fitness. Definitely will keep coming back!! read more

This gym has the best coaches I have ever had in the 8 years I've been doing CrossFit. In the past, I've become used to the "coaches" at many locations being babysitters who just tell you the workout and watch you do it. But here, each coach has such great information, they give you cues before and during the workout to make sure you have proper form and technique. Just that alone makes this place a 5 star CrossFit affiliate. On top of that, the gym is nice and spacious with plenty of floor space and equipment for everyone. The programming is great, the community is very supportive, plenty of parking, very clean, lots of class times to choose from, and there's even a shower! Come check it out and I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do :) read more

i used to be intimidated by the building when I drove by. it's anything but. It is professional, friendly and a family atmosphere. I had only done a few crossfit classes here and there before trying Reverb. I can now say, after joining I will forever be a Crossfitter. The community here at Reverb is unmatched. The athletes and coaches are so welcoming and encouraging. You will not find any toxic behavior at this gym! One of the best aspect about this gym are the coaches. Their knowledge and love for the sport radiates in the workouts and through their encouragement throughout class. I have gained so much strength and confidence through my time at Reverb. I went from the 3-class per week pack to the unlimited within 2 months because of how much I loved coming to class. The gym is organized and clean with top tier equipment. Cannot speak more highly of this gym! Highly recommend giving it a try regardless of your fitness level! read more

What a great way to get and stay in shape-- strength-cardio-balance and flexibility. As a senior citizen I was wary of all of the weight lifting. But the trainers are committed to making sure the lifts are done correctly and safely before adding weight. The workouts are hard-- but so satisfying to complete and the results are impressive. I have never felt so fit-- I walk tall and with a spring in my step. The culture here is work hard, perform the exercises correctly and support your fellow gym members. I have been a gym member at various gyms for 50+ years-- working out at Crossfit Reverb is the best! read more

I have been going to CrossFit Reverb now for just over a year and I love it. All the coaches are phenomenal and detailed, they make sure that you are lifting properly and understand the basics of each lift that you are doing. I had only done CrossFit once while in high school and was nervous to start but they welcomed me with open arms and the community is great! One of my goals before starting was to get stronger before my son was born and now my goal is to continue to be the best example I can for him and my family. Thank you CrossFit Reverb! read more

I encourage anyone interested in Crossfit or challenging themselves to try Reverb. I started knowing I needed a change for the better and never having done anything prior with a barbell or weights. While walking into Reverb definitely can seem intimidating at first, the coaches and other members make it such a welcoming and supportive environment. What I appreciate is that every workout is scaleable to meet each person at their skill level. I end each workout feeling pushed and encouraged to do my best.  After a few months, Crossfit Reverb is a necessary part of my routine and has helped me become stronger -in mind and body. read more

I've been a member of this gym for many years, and have seen it go through it's share of ups and downs, formerly as Dalton's CrossFit. However, as CrossFit Reverb it is now under new and very enthusiastic ownership, and I am once again in love with this box! What I particularly enjoy is that the owner and coaches encourage the members to push for personal growth and success, but always within the client's scope of capabilities; in other words, helping people advance without risking injury or making them feel uncomfortable or incapable. It is a very positive environment, and I'm thankful I have this box so close to me! In general, I thoroughly enjoy crossfit as a sport, not only for the varied exercises it provides (gymnastics, weightlifting, cardio, etc), but also because there is semi-individual coaching as well as the ability for members to learn who they can pace themselves with during the workouts. This makes it a fun challenge to push yourself forward while encouraging and simultaneously being encouraged by others. Another GREAT aspect of crossfit is that everything is scale-able, meaning that no matter what your fitness level or current capability, all of the movements and skills can be adapted to what you can accomplish. Not only does this allow virtually anyone to participate, but it also provides for growth as you as an athlete progress over time. I HIGHLY recommend both CrossFit Reverb as well as crossfit in general, and would recommend it to anyone at any fitness level! read more

Really amazing facility! Probably the best one I have ever trained at - and I have been to many many gyms around the world and the US. The team is so kind and caring. Super friendly atmosphere and there is something for people of all levels. Big thumps up from me for sure :) read more

Today was my very first class and I have to say I loved it! Loved the energy of the class and I'm signing up today !

I've been a member of this gym for years, and under new ownership as CrossFit Reverb the energy, leadership, and community is best ever. I was never a sporty or athletic person before trying CrossFit-- but I am now. I've lost 70 pounds and work out six days a week-- and I like it. The best things about the Reverb community: the people are real, and varied-- lots of diversity in age and ability, and we all work hard together. It's accessible, and you learn a lot: the coaches are there to scale everything, teach you, and meet you where you are. It feels good to be there: lots of positivity, great conversations, a place where you feel like your learning and fitness matter. I will never go to another gym to work out. Knowing these people has changed my life. Some of them are incredible athletes, some of them are just getting started, and all of us are here to learn, grow, and get healthier and stronger. Can't recommend enough. (And in fact, have recommended to several friends IRL who have ended up joining as well.) read more

Great energy and clean, poor programming. As a female with a high-stress job, I was looking for a CrossFit gym that emphasized form, my goal - simply to get stronger and a place for me destress at the end of my workday. On the contrary, the female coach I worked and the overall vibe "was go harder, go faster" or snide jokes about needing to sweat more in order to get results, all things that seemed counter-intuitive to learning how to move well or be able to make strength gains - my goals. With some better coaching education, this gym could be good. read more

A good buddy of mine (Mike Rose) introduced me to CrossFit Reverb about 6 months ago. I was reluctant at first due to the fact I knew zilch about what CrossFit was all about. As a newcomer, I was welcomed by the owner, coaches and all the other CrossFit members, all known as the Reverb Fam. It is a well-organized and safe environment facility. Coaches Brain ,Cat, and Amelia give great instruction and provide some 1-on-1 support to enhance your workout. Another plus to add about this place is that Coach Cat is a certified nutritionist, and Brian offers personal training for members that want to take their training to another level. Reverb has been a life-changing experience for me personally. In the past 6 months, I managed to lose 30 pounds and be in the fittest shape of my life, at 40 years of age. If it wasn't from all the support of the Reverb Fam, I wouldn't have been as determined and motivated to accomplish and achieve my goals. If you are out there searching for a CrossFit to join, check out Reverb! You won't be disappointed. read more

I was so afraid and intimidated by CrossFit and thought I had no business in a place like that. I first enrolled my boys into their kids program and they both became obsessed with it. I decided that I would give it a try too and I also fell in love. I actually look forward to my workouts and it was nothing like I thought it was.
