I have been to other crossfit gyms, but this one is the perfect balance of challenge, encouragement and atmosphere. Cable does a wide variety of workouts ranging from kettle bell, to bar bell, to dumb bell, to gymnastics, to HIIT movements, and they do a great job of teaching the fundamentals of each. The coaches are patient and encouraging and promote a strong friend and family atmosphere. I started with Cable in October 2017 because it was right next to my house and I needed to get in shape. I really lucked out because I picked the best Box in the area. The head coaches / owners Narcie and Autumn are amazing and are supported by a knowledgeable and energetic group of assistant coaches. When my husband originally told me I should try out Cable Crossfit, I was reluctant. I was intimidated by the word "Crossfit" and by lifting weights in general. I hadn't had much experience in that arena. I eventually tried it out, and I have fallen in love with this gym. Literally the greatest crossfit I have ever joined. I enjoy the vibe they have here, as their coaches practice what they teach and that's everything. Narcie, Autumn, Matt and Alexis are an amazing team of coaches. When I first started they never pressured me to lift heavy or go out of my comfort zone. They do make weight suggestions based on individual skill level. They don't push, ridicule or force anyone to work harder than their capabilities.
