In 50 plus years of traveling this earth you have the opportunity to try many different gyms,…read moreworkouts, diets and ways to get fit. Well I have to say I just found a gym that happens to be amazing. It's called Crossfit Inland Empire. Now I have been a member of the that other fancy gym that stays open all hours and has every type of machine under the son. You go in do what you do and leave. You don't develop any friendships, there is no one to hold you accountable, no one to make sure you are doing an exercise correctly and most importantly no one to cheer you on to get that last rep. One visit to Crossfit Inland Empire and you will see something completely different. You will see a group of people who really want to get in the best same of their life, coaches who really care about you and an atmosphere of motivation, encouragement and family. After just one visit to this place I was ready to sign up. I had one of the best workouts I can ever remember, I left in pain and couldn't wait to come back to do it again. So that you know how committed and impressed I was with the staff, other members and facility I chose to pay for an entire year rather then month to month. I have NEVER done that before with any gym or program in my life. This is the first time I can also remember that I look forward to going and working out. If you are interested in finding out about this amazing gym I encourage you to call and talk to one of their fine coaches. If you want a name ask for Paul, Shawna, or Nicole they or any of the coaches would be happy to answer your questions. In addition to regular workouts they also do things away from the gym to build a feeling of camaraderie among the members. Everything from rafting trips, Quake games, bbq's to competitions. This is the place to go in you want to get in shape or take your overall fitness to the next level. If your interested here is their website http://crossfitie.typepad.com They also have a Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/crossfit.inlandempire?fref=ts Hopefully I will have the opportunity to meet you at a work. Don

Pretty much all brand new equipment, top of the line and still growing. Large enough space for 10-15 WODing at one time and nice bathrooms too?! YES showers included. Cool and varied choices on WOD integrated with OLYs. Pick your poison style. I like it. If I lived in the area this would be the place I lay it all out.

The energy inside those walls is different -- it's positive, uplifting, and contagious. You've created more than just a gym; you've built a community where people are encouraged to push past limits, support one another, and grow into the best version of themselves. Your leadership sets the tone. The culture of accountability, encouragement, and resilience doesn't happen by accident -- it starts with you. Because of that, Fortem isn't just a place to train; it's a place where confidence is built, friendships are formed, and character is strengthened. Thank you for investing in people, for believing in growth, and for creating an environment where hard work and positivity go hand in hand. It truly makes a difference.

It was so challenging for me; I remember crying after workouts because it was so mentally exhausting. I almost quit after a few months, but the community and encouragement kept me coming back, day after day. Aside from the increased strength and mobility, maintaining this routine has built mental resilience and grit. I would argue that this may be more important to me than the physical strength I have gained. Crossfit has taught me to stay calm in discomfort, how to break big challenges into manageable pieces, and to show up and do what I know is best, despite my emotions or motivation. After continuing CrossFit through my last two pregnancies, I learned to appreciate the ability to scale any movement. To meet you where you're at, proving that CrossFit can be for anyone. It's no wonder 7 of my 8 kids have done CrossFit at some point, with 5 of them currently training at Fortem. I'm so grateful that through the kids classes, they get to experience the Fortem community at such a young age! We all know how amazing the community of members and coaches are! I truly believe we have the most knowledgeable, welcoming, and wholesome gym environment. I am looking forward to continuing my Crossfit journey at Fortem for many years to come!

The workouts themselves are efficient and challenging, and I've seen great results since becoming a member. They're also introducing new machines in the FX Zone, which is a huge plus and shows they're continuing to invest in improving the studio. I've also tried their mat Pilates from a different day, those are really great body workouts too! It's 24/7 so it's super convenient.

I trained here for 6 months 3-5 times a week. For some, Crossfit can be intimidating but the coaches help scale the workouts and break things down for you. There are no egos in this gym, just the best programming and a positive community of fitness enthusiasts. My 6 months at CynGym ignited my passion for fitness. I built great habits, made wonderful connections with the coaches and members, and gained substantial strength and cardio stamina. Since CynGym, as a consultant, I've dropped in on boxes all around the world. No gym honestly compares. From SF, to NYC, to Kansas, to London. Why it's the best: - Class size is around 12, which is perfect for the amount of instruction and coaching required. - There are several classes throughout the day that can accommodate for any work schedule. - Cynthia and all the other coaches are world class. It is clear they care about your progress and goals, and foster such a positive gym culture I've yet to find anywhere else. No toxic attitudes to be found. - Pricing is about 50% of the price of CrossFit gyms in SF and LA. - Fun fitness events year round, a community has really been built around CynGym. - It produces results. There are world class CrossFit competitors here. I make it a point to stop by here any time I can. If you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to push your limits, CynGym is the gym for you. CynGym is very special to me and has had such a positive effect on my life.

After a recommendation from a friend to try out CynGym, we immediately got hooked. CrossFit can be intimidating to many but the team of amazing coaches here made our introduction into that world so seamless by easing us in and working with us so patiently as we learn the world of squat snatches, deadlifts, wall walks and the dreaded thrusters. Three years later, I still feel that steam, that motivation, to sign up for each class and look forward to working out with other amazing athletes, regardless of their level. After having 3 kids, I never thought I would feel as confident, strong and empowered as I do after each class. However, it is only because we put in the hard work, time and genuine effort that we get to where we want to be and we know we still have so much to learn and so many more PRs to achieve. There's no better place I would recommend than CynGym to start and continue this journey!

Almost made me hesitant, but I was told it's usually quieter on Sundays. Everyone just wanted to get a workout in before the big game. I met Joel Hall - cool guy, funny, attentive, and a great salesman. They offer some nice recovery options like Cryolounge, compression boots, Hypervolt percussion massage, and human touch massage chairs. I was told those are an extra $10 a month, which isn't bad if you're into recovery stuff. Here's what Joel tried to pitch: personal training once a week for $50 plus a $50 sign-up fee= that's $100 total. Or twice a week for $94 a session with a $20 down payment=that's $55 per session. It felt a little steep, but if that works for you, definitely reach out to Joel. One thing to note; when I called the day before, I was told they had a steam room and dry sauna. Joel kept emphasizing the "dry sauna," but he never mentioned they didn't have a steam room at that location. Turns out, the steam room is at their Montclair location, just a heads up. They also don't have a pool. The dry sauna is not co-ed, which I personally like.

It's to be expected that around 5 it gets busy but this is beyond insanity. EOS is an amazing gym when not peak hours but for a regular dude trying to get a workout after work.. this is mayhem and will make my 1 hour workout go to two and a half hours just waiting on equipment. Is EOS bad no... it's just too popular for the great facilities. It seems like EOS needs to really calibrate their operation.
