I have to say I have been so blessed to have found a home in CynGym Crossfit for the past 3 years…read more For years my husband and I had been looking for ways to get motivated and get fit...we tried the personal trainers, boot camp, and gym memberships but we would always lose steam after a few months. After a recommendation from a friend to try out CynGym, we immediately got hooked. CrossFit can be intimidating to many but the team of amazing coaches here made our introduction into that world so seamless by easing us in and working with us so patiently as we learn the world of squat snatches, deadlifts, wall walks and the dreaded thrusters. Three years later, I still feel that steam, that motivation, to sign up for each class and look forward to working out with other amazing athletes, regardless of their level. After having 3 kids, I never thought I would feel as confident, strong and empowered as I do after each class. However, it is only because we put in the hard work, time and genuine effort that we get to where we want to be and we know we still have so much to learn and so many more PRs to achieve. There's no better place I would recommend than CynGym to start and continue this journey!

I've been going to this Box for about a month now and it is an amazing CrossFit gym!! Located in…read moreOntario right next to Scandia. It's still pretty new but I see it flourishing since I've been here. Rates: Their rates are pretty much like any other CrossFit gym but they have a Groupon deal to do a 2 month membership for $79 unlimited access. It is so worth it! They accommodate teachers, students, I think military for discounts. Facility: The Box itself is really big in spacing. Plenty of room to have a big class and I have never felt crammed. They installed two showers for people on the go after the workout and a children's room for your kids. Coaching and Staff: Saga is an affiliate of Crossfit Chino Hills, so their trainers are the coaches for Saga. Kevin Bell and Jamin are the usuals and they are fantastic. Kevin is very encouraging and friendly. Jamin works the early mornings and he is also encouraging. Justin Jacobs is a technical savvy coach, especially on the snatch, and he is awesome. There are female coaches that come through as well and I have only worked with Michelle and she is awesome. Overall, I have gained so much knowledge on olympic lifting from the staff and gained a new sense of competitiveness from them Programming of WODs: the WODs are well programmed. It has a mixture of MetCons (metabolic conditioning) and strength training. The first 10 mins involve proper warmups, the next 15-20 mins is strength and skill work (which I learned a lot from) and the last 20-25 mins is the actual WOD. By going everyday, I have gotten stronger and gained better endurance and flexibility from their programming. Equipment: All of their equipment is pretty much brand new. They have plenty of Hi-temp plates that go as heavy as 15 lbs. the rest of the weights are competition plates which is truly a luxury. All of their comp plates are made by Forge Fitness which is a really good company. They have a big rig setup for pull-ups, and ring muscle ups. One GHD bench, kettle bells, rowers, air dynes, dogsleds, and wall balls. Verdict: this CrossFit gym is a highly recommended for anyone looking to lose weight, get athletic, or gain strength...or all of the above. The coaching is very valuable where you will gain so many great tips on lifting and training. If you live in the Eastvale, Ontario, or Rancho Cucamonga area, this a great place for you. The classes are pretty small due to its young tenure here, so you will get a lot of one on one coaching.

I signed up for personal training and nutrition there with Paul and it was the best decision I ever made. He has completely changed my life. Before I met him, I had no control over my eating and for 9 years I was trying everything I could to get back in shape. Home workouts. Kickboxing. Carb Cycling. Virtual Personal Training (due to COVID). Nothing was working. I was starting to give up hope, but I never wanted to accept that this was "the new me." The only thing that ever worked for me was having a personal trainer in person. So in January, I signed up. At the time, I had a different nutrition coach with a third-party, but things clearly weren't working because I continued to gain weight even after I started working out with Paul. In March, I switched my nutrition plan to him and the transformation began. Day 1 was at Disneyland of all places, but I made it happen. The reason why I was able to make it work was because Paul left all the food choices up to me. All he did was help me figure out my protein count, max calories, and max fat and carbs. The rest was up to me! It was very nerve wracking at first and felt like so much work tracking everything I was eating, but overtime it became second nature. I can't even BELIEVE how much I've changed in such little time! I'm currently down 40 pounds and counting! And in case you're wondering, I did this without a single injection. No GLP-1 for me! HUGE shout out to Paul! I couldn't have done ANY of this without you. #EastvaleAthletics #EAStrong #PersonalTraining #NutritionCoach

I did pay the $1200 via PayPal...on July 2022 and they closed due to non-payment of rent!! This gym is completely unrecognizable from what it used to be. What once felt like a true community…read morenow feels like a corporate rebrand that forgot the people who built it. The culture has shifted away from the diverse, welcoming vibe that reflected Ontario and into a loud, performative, hyper- bro, heavy metal/rock atmosphere. It's not technically "bro only," but if you're not part of that energy, you're effectively invisible. When new ownership came in, they fired the long-time employees who made the gym feel like home, and since then the environment has become uncomfortable and oddly transactional. The vibe now feels performative rather than genuine. The trainers are loud for the sake of being loud, hyped to an almost cracked-out level that feels disingenuous instead of motivating. The favoritism is impossible to miss. I'm here weekly, and Miguel, the owner, has never once acknowledged my existence. No hello. No nod. No eye contact. Meanwhile, he's fist-bumping the men on either side of me like it's a frat boy reunion. Every. Single. Time. As a woman, it's hard not to see the pattern. He'll happily engage with the conventionally attractive women, but if you're just a normal person trying to work out, you're ignored. If you're not ripped, or radiating alpha energy, you're background noise. It's giving used car salesman confidence with a dash of outdated male chauvinism.. A gym should empower people and make them feel welcome, not dismissed or overlooked. It's genuinely disappointing to watch a once inclusive space push away the very community that made it successful in the first place. P.s. please diversify the music again! We need some reggaton, rap, and EDM... It's missing some Ontario culture.

The workout itself looked intense and pushed the class to the edge. No one was coasting, and the pace stayed high the entire time. Autumn stayed locked in with her group, motivating and pushing them without letting the energy drop. You could see how much the class fed off her. Her motivation felt real, not forced, and it showed in the effort everyone was giving. Even just watching from the side, it was obvious her energy is unmatched. She's the kind of coach that makes people push harder and stay engaged.

Terrible experience at this neglected gym!…read more I joined this gym on the beginning of this month (April ) and got my membership canceled by the owner 12 days later which I only used the facility 3 days to workout. I have multiple gym memberships from commercial to private gyms and this was a first. I always clean and unload the machines after each use and this day was not a different day. I was approached by the manager of the gym which is the owners brother in a disrespectful way, telling me to rerack the weights from previous machine which I clearly unload the machine, but the gym does lack on weights stations to unload to it, so I left on the side of the machine organized which he told me to put where I got them from, which was from walking around the gym grabbing from machine to machine and I told him that it doesn't make any sense when they lack on stations to drop the weights on it. Although I went back and did what he said. I pay to go there not to work there. 2 minutes later as you see the screenshot, the owner Mario texted me saying it is courtesy but them is rules which is not on the contract anyway. So they canceled my membership when I didn't even left the machines loaded or weights on the floor. Unfortunately this was a act of discrimination from the manager to me as a person as there was one other dude earlier time leaving all weights on the machines and nothing was said. I was going to cancel the membership on Friday due to this gym been neglected for long time. Machines are mostly ripped off , tapped or some broken. Machines are on top of each others or next to the walls with wires or ladders next to or impossible to load them, so many hazards. Bathrooms are dirty and trash all over the place most the time and barely anyone at the gym. Men's locker room is a mini one dirty with broken toilet and main door doesn't even fully close. What you see on IG are all filters and angles, they clearly misleading people, I joined online on their website from social media, as if I add gone see it before in person I wouldn't ever join it.

The layout is a little weird and can feel overcrowded at times but I feel the negative comments on that are a little over blown. The music can also be too loud on some days, to the point where you can't even hear your own music with headphones on but I do appreciate the fact that customers are allowed access to the aux. Another gripe I had, which was a big one considering how much monthly you were paying was that several machines would be out of order on a consistent basis especially in the cardio department, as well as a urinal in the men's restroom. It's been a few months since the last time I was there, so I don't know if that's been resolved by now or not. Owner is a really cool guy and was very responsive to all my inquiries and messages. Main reason I'm not going here anymore is because of a one-off, petty dispute my friend had that was both initiated and escalated by a trainer working there but outside of that, it's arguably the best gym in the ie.
