We had a membership on auto-pay that we did not even use for approximately TWO YEARS. We tried for MONTHS to get the membership canceled and thought we were doing everything we could to resolve the situation. During this same period, my wife Rachel has been battling cancer. Our lives have been consumed with chemotherapy, treatments, doctor appointments, and simply trying to get through an incredibly difficult time as a family. After paying for a gym membership for roughly two years that we weren't even using, and repeatedly trying to cancel it, how does Anything Fitness handle the situation? THEY SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS. There is a difference between running a business and forgetting that your customers are human beings. A company can enforce its policies while still showing basic compassion, common sense, and a willingness to work with people--especially customers dealing with circumstances as serious as cancer. We weren't asking for special treatment. We wanted a membership we weren't using to be canceled and the billing to stop. Instead, after months of frustration, we ended up dealing with a collection account. That tells me everything I need to know about how this business values its customers. If you're considering joining Anything Fitness, I strongly recommend reading the cancellation terms carefully and thinking twice before putting your membership on auto-pay. You are going to spend more money and have more issues at another gym. Trust. The pregnant manager goes around and sanitizes and vacuums--that's not going to happen at other gyms. Staff is super nice and friendly. The gym does run its A/C. Thank you for not being cheap because I don't know who wants to workout in a hot and stinky gym. Members keep to themselves--reasons why I have left other gyms. I'm giving it a 5 (but really a 4.5). I wish they had more/better equipment. They really need machines similar to Gold's Gym. Gold's has more leg machines but their stuff is always broken lol. Fit 19 has some repetitive and hardly-used equipment. I love that you can go into the studio and access all the kettlebells/weights/bars/mats This is usually restricted in other gyms. They often do not let you use weights in the studios at other places. The turf area is nice as well and is always kept clean and organized. People don't leave weights all around the gym--like at other gyms. The equipment is rarely broken like at other gyms with higher price points. You'll be lucky if LA Fitness' cardio machines are working. The spin bike room is so nice compared to other gyms as well. There's a lot more bikes compared to other spin rooms. All in all, you get what you pay for and in my opinion, I'm getting more than what I pay for--$10 a month. It's not a high-fees micro-managed establishment like most lower priced gyms.

I've felt my range of mobility has greatly improved and I'm getting faster and stronger. Coaches are very friendly and will show you how to do the proper form and movements for both the workout session. Best of both worlds between HITT workouts and kickboxing. Coach Danny has real life fighting experience & it's been fun learning techniques in a NON-intimidating way. The regular gym attendees are very friendly and it's a family friendly atmosphere. Watching Senior aged women and men hitting combos and speedbags, shuffle step on jump ropes has been a big motivator for me to keep pushing. Light sparing Fridays are a blast to watch. As someone who's been intimidated by workout classes & have tried a wide variety from Orange Theory & F45. I truly enjoyed this class and you should make it a part of your workout routine. Great energy that starts up front. Love the indoor running track upstairs. ( 1/8 mile). Love the massive and spread out weight room allowing for a great, uninterrupted workout at my pace. Love the clean locker room. Love that the members look relaxed and everyone returns their dumbbells to the original spots and wipes down the equipment.
