You are going to spend more money and have more issues at another gym. Trust. The pregnant manager goes around and sanitizes and vacuums--that's not going to happen at other gyms. Staff is super nice and friendly. The gym does run its A/C. Thank you for not being cheap because I don't know who wants to workout in a hot and stinky gym. Members keep to themselves--reasons why I have left other gyms. I'm giving it a 5 (but really a 4.5). I wish they had more/better equipment. They really need machines similar to Gold's Gym. Gold's has more leg machines but their stuff is always broken lol. Fit 19 has some repetitive and hardly-used equipment. I love that you can go into the studio and access all the kettlebells/weights/bars/mats This is usually restricted in other gyms. They often do not let you use weights in the studios at other places. The turf area is nice as well and is always kept clean and organized. People don't leave weights all around the gym--like at other gyms. The equipment is rarely broken like at other gyms with higher price points. You'll be lucky if LA Fitness' cardio machines are working. The spin bike room is so nice compared to other gyms as well. There's a lot more bikes compared to other spin rooms. All in all, you get what you pay for and in my opinion, I'm getting more than what I pay for--$10 a month. It's not a high-fees micro-managed establishment like most lower priced gyms.

Obviously, I refused to pay and decided to leave instead. The employee who assisted me wasn't terribly rude, but they were very indifferent and had zero customer service skills. Also, after reading other reviews about people having issues with unfair cancellation fees, I'm honestly glad things turned out this way because it saved me from making the mistake of signing up here. I do not recommend this place at all.

Everything is conveniently in one place -- workouts, classes, kids' programs, and childcare. TCC is definitely more than just a gym, it is a place to improve your overall physical and mental wellness, and healthy community to be in. Membership price is on the higher end, but services and programs are carefully designed to our well-being. The children's department is absolutely AMAZING! The staff are incredible--warm, attentive, and genuinely caring toward every child. Their programs are thoughtfully designed to support families, including affordable off-site options where you can leave your child for 4 or 8 hours if you need to run errands or work. My toddler has learned so much and is constantly talking and singing! I truly hope their department continues to grow and expand its services. The space can feel a bit crowded when there are many kids at once, but overall, this is the best place for young children seeking an alternative to traditional daycare.

I called to ask the club's weather contingency plans. He said they'll email it out. I said I'm not on the email list and would like to be added. They hung up. Then I called couple more times over the next few hours. No answer. And no callbacks. - Only 2 private restrooms near the entrance (no multi-stall restrooms). - The cafe by the pb crts closes early. The tourney ran into the evening. As you can imagine, plenty contestants and spectators grew hungry and thirsty. + Nice selection of healthy snacks and drinks though. - No weather shelter over the pb courts. Rain caused some hindrance.

He assured me that he would oversee my training plan, even on days I worked with another trainer. I trained both with the owner and a second trainer. My sessions with the owner were positive, and I felt the workouts were appropriate. However, the issue arose with the second trainer. Although I was paying the higher rate specifically because the owner said he would supervise all programming, that oversight did not happen in practice. At one point, I communicated that I was experiencing pain in my right hip/groin area and asked to scale things back. Despite this, the trainer had me perform exercises like barbell squats and farmer carries. I explicitly asked whether these were safe given my condition, and I was assured they were. They were not. Following these sessions, I was later diagnosed with a labral tear, which has significantly impacted my mobility and required extensive recovery, time, and financial investment. I'm not writing this to attack a small business, but I do believe this situation reflects: * Lack of proper supervision * Inadequate adjustment for injury history * Poor judgment when a client reports pain If you're considering training here, I strongly recommend making sure: * Your program is truly customized * Communication about pain is taken seriously * The level of supervision matches what you're paying for This experience had a serious impact on my health and daily life, and I hope sharing it helps others avoid a similar situation.

This gym is not the cleanest, nor is the staff super competent. It is a gym, though, and it does have weights. It has the bare minimum. The biggest issue that I have with this gym is the people who attend it. 99% of the people who go to this gym are going with the sole intention of exercising. There is a small one percent of people at the gym who make every visit just uncomfortable and cringe. For example, there is one individual male who shows up every day with a gymnast uniform on and consistently walks up to young men and asks them if they want to work out. This would be fine if he could take no for an answer. If you say, you don't wanna work out with him, he calls you terms such as beta, or pussy. While talking to him, it becomes very clear that this individual is a mental case and or a predator. If you deny his request he will watch you nauseatingly for the rest of your workout. There are also countless homeless people who use this 24 as a day spa. (Hint: don't put your gear or belongings in lockers.) It should not be the job of the club member to have to deal with people who are not 100% mentally there. Management and workers need to be more proactive in dealing with these people.
