Found FFT through yelp, I called & was connected w. Dion. I expressed my frustration, and lack of self discipline and accountability, and horrible eating habits. Being a Night Shift Registered Nurse doesn't help, bc i'm always tired & around unhealthy food. My scrubs eventually became to small, and unbearable, but I refused to accept getting a larger size or new clothes. So I signed up for a 3 Month commitment, specifically one on one because I wanted this more than ever. Within I 1 week I saw a huge different, as if right now it's been 1 Month and the change is incredible, that i'm excited to see the next 2 Month progression. Friends and family are now telling that my stomach went down and my face is looking slimmer. Eventually I want more abdominal definition, and larger glutes, but it's only the beginning. read more

I have been going to see Dion for 3 weeks. I thought I was in shape since I am a runner and man was I wrong. I had no core strength, back strength, all of strength. Today I did a core exercise with no problem and I could not do that exercise on 1/30/23. I am so happy with my choice to start strength training and to choose Dion as my personal trainer. I have shoulder/neck issues that kept me away from the gym for almost 10 years. Dion is aware of the proper form and I don't have pain when I train now. He corrects my form if I have pain and it's gone. I can't what to see where the next 3 weeks, 3 months take me. Thank you Dion. read more

Dion is not only an AMAZING person he's a GREAT trainer. When I first reached out to Dion I was not only unsure but I was nervous as well. I was nervous and intimidated about going into a gym with all these fit people around afraid that they would judge me. Also due to previous experiences I was afraid of wanting to try again. On our first meeting Dion was super nice and very patient in making sure to go over all the details for me. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Now 6 months later I'm not only losing the weight( down 45 lbs), gaining muscle, and also finding a new confidence in myself that I didn't have before! The workouts outs are great and I never walk in knowing what we are doing that day. Dion is constantly pushing me to not only work harder, but also to challenge myself even when I'm unsure if I'm able to do it. I have recommended Dion to so many people and if you are looking to start your journey whatever your goals may be then Dion is definitely the person that you want in your corner with you on your journey. read more

I signed my 17 yr old baseball player there for individual training with Dion Hudson /owner. We had understanding he was to strengthen my 6'2 205lber. My plan was 3 months here. Well,1st month w Dion was good, then he passed my son to someone that did not know what he was to do and had my son doing non baseball but football related drills. We told Dion, but no adjustments were made by the trainer, and we tried to trust the process, but their process did no good. Month of time lost as well as my $$$$. I even referred another client who feels the same. I called and texted the owner, and he told me he wished my son the best. NO SENSE OF BUSINESS PRIDE, NO WILLNESS TO CORRECT ANYTHING, JUST TOOK MONEY AND GAVE HALF ASS TRAINING. This is why I'm writing this. For the $400+ a month u pay , you can find a better service elsewhere. The sad part was that I believed in this guy, with the kind of body my kid has, any trainer that half cares, cuda put muscle on his body, especially w the one on one training we initially signed up for. read more

I was tired and bored with 24 hour fitness and also concerned with my BMI reaching an obese status so i decided to look for a personal trainer. Dion helped me with being consistent and training myself into making the gym a habit and a part of my lifestyle. The gym is a nice environment for those that my might be intimidated by going to the gym by themselves. I also enjoyed working out with all of the other clients as well If you're an individual who cares about form and preventing injuries then Dion is a great trainer to go to. Cost is very reasonable I do wish that i was weighed weekly for more accountability though read more

This review is for Dion, trainer extraordinaire at Self Made. I first messaged him with regards to my BD getting in shape. i'm having a newborn soon and I did not want my BD to be the stereotype of a dad body whos let himself go after being a dad. At first meeting, Dion went straight to business. BD got measurements and all and I was super impressed with how he broke down his plan for him. Being the overachiever, I went for I want him to loose 40lbs. Dion mentioned this was possible & that in due time and trusting the process....results will come. FAST FORWARD 19 days later, 1 sick day & 2 vacation days... BD lost 13lbs & gained muscle. I am not actually there to witness his workouts but OMG even catching a glimpse of it on IG, I am truly impressed. BD even tells me that Dion never gives up on him, he pushes him to finish & even dying at the very last set Dion tells him to keep going... and he does. Our contract with Dion ends in May, but I am hoping that with his business growing, BD & him can bring the workouts to OC or at least halfway. Di, Thank you for this & for making this possible! I am so glad we connected and I cant wait to see the results. read more

I went to go get a consultation, and he stood me up. We agreed for 6 am. He went as far as to telling me that a class even meets around that time. I went to the gym, and there were no cars. Mind you it was dark. I called and texted him, he did not respond until 2 hours later and told me that he overslept. Now I wonder, what did he mean by saying that a morning class was meeting that time? As a woman, that felt a bit sketchy. I believe that trust is vital when you have a personal trainer. Based off of this first impression, which was unprofessional, I can not say that I trust. him read more

Called to inquire about 1 on 1 personal training and was told that I would need to pay a $100 deposit for a consultation and to getting the pricing per session. In addition to this, I was also told that if I decided not to go with Fit Fast Transformation, I would lose my $100 bucks! This is quite outlandish! How am I supposed determined whether or not I would like to train here, if you not willing to tell me about your pricing and I lose my money before I've had a chance to determine if I want to train with you? This is a bad business practice! read more
