Hands down the most fun workout I've ever done! ‍ Okay, real talk. I hate working out!! Like... hate it. But somehow, CycleBar made me a person who actually looks forward to exercising!! Still can't believe it. I even left my Pilates studio to come here and I was in advanced 2.0 Pilates! ‍ I truly loved it, so it wasn't easy to walk away. But CycleBar is more fun and less expensive, and honestly, I haven't looked back. The classes are super intense (like dripping in sweat, legs-shaking intense ‍), but the energy, music, and atmosphere? It's basically a dance party on a bike. The lights are low, the bass is thumping, and it's impossible not to love it! It's the only workout that makes me feel energized and hyped, even while it's kicking my butt. Now I do have my go-to instructors: Rae, Walter, and Marisa... THEY ARE EVERYTHING. Their playlists = Their energy = unmatched Their rides = brutal in the best way ‍ They make me want to push harder every time. Their routines are intense but never boring and they stay on beat, which makes a huge difference when you're trying to ride to the music. Keeping it ... some other instructors don't hit the same. Sometimes the mic is muffled or they are too quiet, or they're offbeat or the playlist is wack. It can be hard to get in the zone when those things are off, but thankfully that's the exception, not the rule. I just try to not register for those people but sometimes by schedule doesn't permit it. My two suggestions for improvement: 1. I really wish they offered more midday or late morning classes especially on weekends so I don't have to wake up super early. Also my days off during the week, I'd love to squeeze in a workout without waking up super early or waiting until later on in the late afternoon or at night. 2. I also think the cancellation fee should be lowered or removed altogether. Life happens! Whether it's traffic, work, or having a kid, sometimes you just can't make it, and it would be nice if there were more flexibility around that. But overall? I HIGHLY recommend CycleBar especially if you're someone who loves music and struggle to enjoy fitness. I never thought I'd find a workout I love, but this is it ‍ read more

I really wanted to love CycleBar Rancho Cucamonga because the classes and instructors are great--but the cancellation policy has honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. Life happens. Things come up. But if you can't cancel at least 12 hours in advance, you're hit with a $15 or $20 fee, even if you have a legitimate reason or it's a rare occurrence. I understand the need for policies, but this one feels unnecessarily strict and inflexible--especially for people with unpredictable schedules, kids, or emergencies. I wouldn't mind losing the ride credit, but the additional fee on top of that seems excessive. It would be more fair if they allowed a limited number of waived fees per month or had more understanding for first-time or rare cases. The classes are genuinely good, but this policy has made me hesitant to book in advance. I hope the studio reconsiders and adopts a more customer-friendly approach. I've been coming to CYCLEBAR for a couple of months and my wife and I are hooked! For someone that's never been to a cycle class, it's a whole different experience than a stationary bike at home - it's invigorating having an engaging instructor and riding in large groups. Haley is the best! My wife and I have been coming to her Monday night class every week at 7:45 and she continues to push us every week and always has an awesome playlist. As soon as I got there Eddie was there to help me set up with my shoes and gave me a little tour and help me get to my bike how to adjust it and all that. We love everything about this location! My partner and I are NOT cycle people, but we decided to try something new. We did the "try a free class" to see what it was about. After taking our first class we were sold! The environment is so addictive. It's like a bomb workout with a club vibe, plus all the instructors/ staff are so friendly and welcoming. We have become faithful regulars of Chanel's class on Fridays at 6:15am. We have tried other instructors, who are also awesome, but she is seriously amazing and super motivational, so we walk up early on our day off just to be a part of her class. Beware of Unethical Business Practices For the most part, I enjoyed my time here - even completed over 75 classes. But this place - buyer beware! A couple of things...they charge you $20 if you do cancel a class within....12 HOURS! Yes, they expect half a day's notice - of all of the gyms I have ever been a part of - have never seen something so egregious. I remember one day in the winter - when we had that huge storm...I showed up and there was like six people in the class. Heard a comment from one of the folks there about all of the late cancels fees they were going to collect. Come on man. You know why most people didn't show. I mean you have a rough day at the office, get home at like 7 and decide, you know what, I am going to skip my workout tomorrow morning at 6am....CHA CHING. $20. But most importantly, they do not let you cancel. They do not have the functionality to change your member ship level through their app or through their website. Has to be done in person apparently...well...that doesn't work either...So last month, I notice I am working a lot and unable to get to a lot of classes and look to go from the unlimited package to one of the smaller packages. I attempted to do so through the app. NOPE. Through the website - NOPE. So I call - and the person who answers, says he can't help me, only ONE PERSON - the manager can do it. So I leave a message and send an email. Nothing. Next thing I see from Cycle bar is my full monthly charge. At this point now I am done, I don't want to get a smaller package, I want to sever ties. So I go into the studio and talk to the front desk...and....NOPE. Only THE ONE PERSON - the Manager can do it. I can't go there and ask them to cancel my membership? He calls me back - I am in a meeting. I call back a few hours later - and he's not there...and the person that answers cannot end my account. They tell me to email - so I email...again...and nothing. So far to try to sever ties with this business I have: - Gone to the business twice. - Called three times. - Emailed twice. - Attempted through the app - Attempted through the website. And nothing. Only one human being on Earth is able to do this easy task for me. And he can call me be back whenever and apparently, I have to drop everything and answer the phone. Because only he has the power. He decided he didn't want to train his staff....and now any day now, I will see yet another $169 dollar charge go through - because oh yeah, I can't remove my credit card either. So he's stolen $348 from me since my last visit to this god forsaken place despite numerous attempts to cancel. This place is poorly run and this MANAGER hasn't trained his team properly. My next step is the better business bureau and contacting my bank over these fraudulent charges. I did not want it to get to this level - I had hoped to just get a smaller package and continue working out there, but through this gross incompetence, I do not trust them with my credit card or to be a part of my fitness journey. They have amazing start up deals! They offered us multiple free classes and then we ended up getting a membership. We just completed 12/12 classes and excited to start the next 12. (Our goals each week is to commit) we work with Rachel as our instructor. She's motivating and plays good music, which personally I need to keep the ride entertaining. I need to upbeat music to keep me pushing through the 45 minutes. I have had four other instructors. There's only been one where I felt the music completely killed my vibe. The music selection was kind of all over the place from country to Mexican etc which I love all music it's just I need amped up music when I work out. So choosing a good instructor is like choosing your work out. When you find the right one stick with it lol all in all I have no complaints about this place it's clean the people are friendly staff is really nice. BULLIES!!! I regret not writing a review the last time I went to this studio. The class itself is great and so are the instructors. One of the assistance on the other hand is disgustingly rude. The super skinny girl with curly hair. I came into the class three min late last time and nobody was there to greet me. Fine, grabbed some shoes and headed to the class. She's standing at the door "where are u seated" so rudely, so I replied exactly how she approached me. I said "idk there was nobody there to greet me when I walked in" she then goes "it's by your name" VERY Very rudely. How am I supposed to know that? It's my second time here. So this next time I came in she threw me a dirty look and then when I was leaving she's standing by the doors with some other employees and the friend goes "that one" and she says "yes" why are the employees trying to be bullies? I signed up for Cycle Bar because I needed some extra motivation and a change in my health. I have always enjoyed spin classes, so I chose the 6 month unlimited membership. The prices are a little on the high end, but I believe your health has no price tag. I completed my first week today and so far I have enjoyed every class. Great music, fun atmosphere, and positive vibes from the instructors. I like that they dim the lights so you can get in your zone. Front desk is helpful as well. They do provide complimentary towels, water and spin shoes which is a plus! I think they add some type of essential oils to the towels, which feels refreshing at the end of a hard class. read more

Took my first CB RC class with Eric this morning and I am HOOKED!!! Had shoulder surgery 5 weeks ago and haven't been able to do much rigorous exercise which has been a bummer. Even though it was a gray, foggy morning, Eric's 5:30am class chased the blues away! The studio is sparkling clean, bikes are brand new, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. CycleBar in Rancho is the best! I have been going regularly a few times a week for several months now and I couldn't recommend it more. Rachel is my favorite instructor. She will challenge you in your ride but always shows up with a great attitude, vibes and a super fun playlist.
