Now, I'm having to dispute the charge with my credit card company because it turns out the payment was accepted it's been a nightmare, months ! Additionally, my daughter has overheard inappropriate conversations from tutors, including remarks like, "Oh my, if my sheets could talk." Such conversations are entirely inappropriate to have around children. For this reason, I'd rather lose the $9,000 I've already spent than subject my child to that environment again. Spread the word to other parents that are in the same boat if you can... we need to come together. This is not right. Let's file lawsuits if need be. There is power in numbers.

This place is really "all-in-one" which is really convenient for working parents. They offer a pick up service from my child's school and feed them snacks once they arrive at Quest. I have piece of mind knowing that my son is well taken care of from the moment they are picked up. As for their homework help class, I double check my son's homework each night to make sure it's complete, and I have no problems with the quality. I was a little concerned about the shift to common core at my son's school, but the teachers at Quest know how to explain common core methods very well. My son also has private tutoring for reading since he was a little behind. His tutor is great and I've seen so much improvement in his reading fluency and comprehension. He's much more confident in this subject now! The staff there are very courteous and more than willing to work with you to resolve any concerns and issues. I'm very happy with sending my kid here!

Well, a month before he was supposed to submit his essays he decided that he did not like what he wrote and that it wasn't representing who he was. In a panic mode we contacted Greg to help. In just a month they were able to do an incredible common app essay and over 10 supplemental essays for all the EAs my son was sending out. In short 2 months my son was able to submit around 40 supplemental essays to various top 20 Engineering schools. Greg provided an amazing structure, accountability and results.
