I watched SHEILA the front desk cashier take care of everyone with ease. She literally helped every guest in the line as if we were the only person. I had questions and she answered everyone with no problem. After I processed my return, I noticed the amount was not correct. She took her time explained why I was getting a partial refund due to the $10 reward I receive every month and then return the remainder to to my credit card. I decided to do some other shopping and returned to the line to complete a transaction, I was confused again and she helped me to understand what to do and completed my transaction with ease. I was trying to understand my total with my coupons and while i was reviewing my receipt, she moved to the next register to help the gentleman behind me so he would not have to wait and then asked me if it was okay. She is phenomenal. I watched her helped a customer who was an older lady and she was even explaining to the lady don't forget to use your coupons. She even bagged all of the lady groceries and then walked from behind the counter and placed the lady bags in the basket. I was really impressed. She needs to be a trainer and teach other cashier and employees how to cater to customers and handle everyone with ease. She deserves to be recognized. Just came to this location to add money to my cash app card. As I do multiple times a week, except…read morethis time I had the displeasure of working with Evan. Not only did he lie and say only the barcode could be used.. and not the physical card.. he also physically put in my drivers licenses info constantly flipping it like it was fake or something. But never not once did he use the money marker to my sure my bills were fake.. which they were not. The point is if you are going to make it seem like it's a problem that I'm adding money to my card.. at least do every thing correctly. This transaction took legit 10 minutes. Some lady (wearing the coat but not doing the job) tells me that she needs a special and specific note from my doctor along with the script... like how is anyone supposed to know that? My understanding was that these people, who are not medically trained, are to listen to doctors instead of deciding for themselves what they believe is appropriate. She had ALL DAY to call my dr if that's what her "logic" required. Instead she calls after 8pm saying "sometimes they have after hours." I'm heading towards the front doors when she says "by the way, I'm not filling your medication even if your doctor calls" So now I'm stuck with no medication, my functionality is out the window.
