Chloe was an amazing wedding planner and recommended the best vendors that were reasonably priced. She not only answered all of my millions of questions, but she also helped put my mom at ease and answered her questions throughout the entire process. When the actual wedding day arrived, she went above and beyond and drove to our home during the reception, picked up our dog sick with cancer, and brought him to the venue to have him celebrate with us. We love our dogs and it made our night so much more special to have a visit from him! She without question was the best wedding planner ever. Highly recommend!!! Kerrie was amazing as a florist, and her vision played out exactly as I had imagined and more! I have had so many compliments on her work and had the most beautiful bouquet. Loved loved working with her and Chloe. Use them for your wedding! You won't be disappointed.

I was excited about the horizontal church and guest table arrangements we contracted for, as I did not want any traditional arrangements. As soon as I walked down the aisle to my horror they were just as round as they could be. My planner reached out to her beginning with my bouquet. Kerrie told my planner she would contact me within a few days, but I wound up having to reach out her after not hearing from her for a week. I emailed Kerrie and listed my disappointments only to receive an email back stating she did nothing wrong. I responded with an email that contained photos comparing the contract photo to what she delivered and she has yet to respond. She went ghost which is rude, unprofessional, and unprecedented. So two weeks after my wedding I am left to write a review She tried to justify the failure by stating "they were wider than they were tall and flared at the bottom so that makes them horizontal." I'll post my contract photo next to what arrived and you be the judge. The next major issue was that I emailed Kerrie about making sure my head table was preset and the arrangements from the church be moved to guest tables. She assured me that my head table arrangements would be pre-set. I rushed through the photos at the church to get to the reception venue so my husband and I could take photos in the room while the guests were still enjoying cocktail hour. To my dismay I walk in to view a head table with no large arrangements. She did the exact opposite of what was asked and what she told me. This is so bad guys, that my photographer sent detail photos over, and in them are photos of empty stands on the head table even though I made it clear that that was the priority and she agreed to it. I've included photos of that as well. Then Kerrie made a point to write "I do know that your friends and family loved the flowers and took them all home at the end of the night, so hopefully that gives you some peace." Quite frankly that was beside the point. I, the client, didn't like them because it wasn't what I asked for or expected Kerrie. With the exception of A Stylish Soirée I was blessed with 12 wonderful vendors. I was told things would happen and they did, but the other two vendors reached out to me apologetically and made things right without me asking. As a result I've only had to write one bad review. The irony in this is that during the final payment stage she sent me the contract to sign and the bill was lower than it should have been. I made a point to correct the errors in excel, recalculate the higher amount, and made her aware that her system didn't calculate the balance due properly. Who would have thought I would be the one getting stiffed! Lol

My sister is a particular individual and she likes to be very involved in the decision making process of things, especially for her own wedding. Charmecia was excellent at accommodating with my sister's personality and preferences. Her ability to be either heavy hands-off or heavy hands-on shows a lot about her professionalism and versatility with her clients. She gives you exactly what you ask for! Charmecia and 323 Occasions were easy to contact and replied in a timely manner in order to ensure that my sister and her wedding party were staying on schedule. They hit the ground running the day of the wedding. It was a relief for me, in particular, to have them there so that I could get ready to walk down the aisle with my sister and not have to worry about the small details that needed to be done. When they arrived at the wedding site some of my close family members were already there ready to lend a helping hand. Charmecia and 323 Occasions merged smoothly with their different personality types and made all of them feel needed and wanted as they worked together to set up last minute technicalities for the wedding. Charmecia was an absolute delight! She is easy to get a long with and brings a sense of joy and peace to the atmosphere!! Charmecia and 323 Occasions went above and beyond for my sister and her husband on their wedding day. They even made these cards as a game to pass out to the guests. The guests could fill out on the card how much they knew about Nicki and Micah (i.e. their birthdays, favorite foods, siblings, etc.) and whoever guessed the most right- won! It gave our guests a little something extra to do! I highly recommend 323 Occasions for ANY event that you do. They came with extra decorations that matched with my sister's color scheme and were flexible to be wherever they needed to be the day of. Unprompted, Charmecia, being a married woman, shared with Nicki and Micah some marital advice that was helpful and encouraging. The 323 team had notable customer service. The only reason I rated them a 4 and not a 5 was because she probably should have had more people on her team to help her the day of. Charmecia and her team were not afraid to respectfully take charge when disarray started to arise. They made sure that there was order. They got in there, got things done, and they did it with passionate hearts and a smile on their face! I truly believe that #TheMooreTheMerrior wedding was a success because of 323 Occasions. We are so thankful for their business!!!
