I was greeted, I told them my name, they ran over, grabbed my flowers and handed them to me and ran off again. I was so disappointed. You could tell the poor things were NOT FRESH, had been made days ago and had been sitting in a fridge for a long time. They had freezer burn and were wilting and browning all over the edges, with noticeable places where the badly wilted leaves had just been yanked off but large petal shards could still be seen. It's Mother's Day, I know you're busy but this is the one day you need to get things right. Will not order from here again. Such poor value for the price I paid for it, and where else was I going to go get a replacement last minute? Making it work meant making my arrangement primarily fillers with occasional flowers and at the end if it all...it did not meet my vision. I really wished that they had told me up front that the desired look cannot be achieved with my budget. Then we can move on to a different look or not do it at all. Instead the arrangement was made primarily with the budget as the driving force at the compromise of my vision. The designer was soft and sweet and tried to amend the situation but ultimately nothing different could be done because the arrangement had already been made. At the end of the day, the shop is beautiful and they have amazing selection of flowers beyond your plain roses and tulips. However, I do not recommend ordering an arrangement if you have a specific inspiration in mind. Im sure if you give the designer creative freedom, it would turn out fine. I will probably be back only to pick my own stems and create my own pieces.
