So my wife was in Texas for 11 with her work. This was the longest amount of time we've spent apart since the 11years we've been married!! I initially contacted another florist that was closer to the hotel that she was staying at. Went through the order process, only to get an email saying that my order had been cancelled. I called and was told that they are out of product. I came back to Google and found you all!! I called and got, "Megan" who was very professional, courteous, and patient with me!! She answered all the questions regarding the flowers, etc. You see we live in Va and I wanted to have flowers delivered to my wife before Mother's Day!! After a brief time the transaction was almost complete! Now I had to read what I wanted in the card! I ordered my second or third arrangement for a work anniversary for my daughter's Fifth anniversary. I didn't get to speak to the owner, so another girl took my order. I wanted a huge arrangement of flowers that was bursting of a party theme. bright colors, big stems and not much greener. I added "no Star Lillies" as an allergy might kick in. They had no Big plants like a Money tree plant, ect., no large daisies,. It was a beautiful arrangement of flowers and "lots of greenery." Daughter "was"delighted! Now.... I ask that the flowers be delivered as close to 9 am as possible, no later than 11 Am. So my daughters clients could enjoy with her during the day! No problem. we can do that. "Ok great." At 2:45pm I get the pic and notice it was delivered! What the .... I called and asked what happened??? "Owner" or "manager" said the girl that took the order didn't write the instructions as were agreed to! That it went out as just an ordinary delivery. Big!HUGE disappointment to me, my daughter was sad that all her clients were gone and she was about to leave herself. I am suppose to get some discount off for inconvenience! Thank you for losing my father in laws flowers after his heart attack. Going through 3 different companies and all blaming each other. Didn't think it'd be hard to find a desk through SEE-THROUGH DOUBLE DOORS. 2 hrs saying it was delivered, hopefully you don't have to deal with your family going through the same. Too many 5 star reviews probably a bunch of bots, from one vet to another do better. This is 100% the location and it's not under my name because they weren't for me??? Being veteran owned AND being a veteran too attracted me to the establishment. The value of the bouquet I got was AMAZING. We enjoyed the process of putting this impeccable arrangement made. By the way... the receiver LOVES the arrangement. She told me that she too has a background in floral arrangements; having done arrangements for both customers and her own wedding. Do not EVER order from Blooms. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife for her birthday and they never arrived. I made several calls and was told that a supervisor would call me back which never happened. Then I got an email stating that the flowers were delivered while my wife and I were at dinner. We checked the cameras to verify but nothing was ever delivered. We checked once we got home and nothing. Unless you want to be disappointed do not use blooms to buy your flowers. read more

Amazing customer service! They delivered congratulations flowers to a family that just had twins. A note on the door said, Please Do Not Knock. So they left the flowers in the porch and sent me a text informing the flowers were delivered and the scenario of not knocking.
