TCU florist does a wonderful job with beautiful flowers. We had a mixup with delivery date and everyone I spoke with were considerate and Julie made things right. I truly appreciate their stepping up and taking care of the situation. Would absolutely use again and highly recommend. read more

Be VERY specific on what you want. I asked for purple flowers and got a few lilac flowers with a little pink. The staff were also not friendly. Next time I'll drive a little further and try a different florist. read more

Very happy to say that this flower shop did such a beautiful job on my daughters nursing white coat ceremony bouquet. I called last minute to get a bouquet made up and they had it ready waiting for me when I arrived on my way to her ceremony. read more

Ordering was easy, and the customer service was wonderful. We placed an order online for a coworker's father's funeral and made a mistake on the card. When I called to correct the mistake they said no problem and changed it. After I hung up the woman called me back to let me know they had contacted the church to confirm delivery and the funeral date had been changed. She called me to let me know in case we were planning to attend and didn't know about the changed date. I was so impressed because we had no idea. read more

Our family had a very difficult November that ended with the sudden death of a family member. I couldn't eat or sleep and spent a lot of time just staring around the house. About 24-48 hours after the passing, I had received multiple, stunning arrangements from TCU Florist. They filled my home with such beauty during a very dark time. Additionally there was an error in the obituary on the date of the burial service. When I reached out to TCU on Thanksgiving day, they immediately put my concern at ease and said they were on it. I cannot say enough kind things about TCU Florist but in addition to their kindness is their ability to make masterful arrangements. read more

I ordered a bouquet of yellow roses for a college student. They charged $75-$80 for the flowers, plus a delivery fee. I spent $100 for 6 roses and a very unimpressive bouquet delivered. For $100, I would expect something more impressive and a dozen roses. I could have bought something from a local grocery store that looked nicer for the money. I should have bought on 800 flowers as could have purchased 24 roses for less the cost. Very disappointing and I will never order from them again. read more

I have learned my lesson once, but I forgot and ordered from TCU Florist again. Something has changed there over the years. The quality has gone downhill and I'm so disappointed! I ordered from the online website. The $100 arrangement looked beautiful In the photo. The arrangement that was delivered looked so skimpy , not pretty at all. I would have never paid $100 for that. Along with the lack of design and quality, it was delivered a day late! I placed the order at 11:10am just after the 11am deadline but left my number should they not be able to deliver on the delivery date checked or if there was a change in flowers for arrangement. So my friend received these flowers the day after her Birthday. I could have delivered flowers myself, had I been told they would not be delivered on her Birthday. I will Share the photo below of the flowers that I ordered from the website compared to the flowers that were delivered. Certainly not a $100 arrangement plus the delivery charge! read more

Called on 2/13 to order flowers for valentines. I understand they can't deliver on such short notice. They said they only have premade arrangements for pickup. I said that was fine but was told I can't pay over the phone and have it waiting. So I guess I'm supposed drive from Dallas to Fort Worth and hope they just happen to have an arrangement in stock. read more

Last delivery my wife got was bad. Flowers were old and poorly arranged. I had to go to grocery store and make my own arrangement for her. Maybe I should go into business for myself. read more

Judy is remarkable to work with, she is both so sweet and very professional. She was very responsive and timely. I have such a huge Type-A personality and she was dedicated to capture my vision for our wedding day. She and her team crafted a gorgeous lush floral arch, bridal bouquet, floral wand, floral combs, and corsages. Judy beautifully hand-manufactured every single piece (minus the wooden arch). She knew which pieces were the most important to me especially the the bridal bouquet and our floral arch. The lush floral arch resembled a new-age altar which seemed very fitting for our secular ceremony and the arch elevated the lushness and beauty of our venue. The bridal bouquet matched the arch, it accentuated the elegance of my dress, and it was a lovely burst of color which contrasted my husband's two outfits. She designed everything around our color palette of pinks, purples, whites, and deep green. I highly recommend hiring Judy/TCU Florist for any floral needs in the DFW area. read more

TCU Florist & Flower Delivery - "Flirt Alert" arrangement! So pretty! - Florists Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I would NOT recommend wasting your hard earned money at this place. My boyfriend wanted to do something special and ordered me a dozen roses with white lillies for my birthday , he had them delivered to my job and when i got home I noticed that several roses had and all the leaves had rot on them (clearly Unacceptable for a $140 bouquet) I went in the next day to have them replaced which they did however it has not even been a full week and they have already died ! (They were replaced Saturday and it is now thursday) seriously do not waste your money here you can go to Tom Thumb and get a Boquet that cost a third of the price and they will last much longer (trust me my boyfriend buys me flowers all the time) will never let him order from this place again. Total rip off for what you are paying! read more

Beautiful fresh bouquets and amazing service. I received flowers from my husband that didn't last as long as they should have. TCU Florist took great care of me and delivered a new bouquet to replace it. I've received flowers from this shop on several occasions and with regular water changes flowers can last weeks. Highly recommend TCU Florist! read more

Highly recommend for lovely flowers and first-class service. When my budget florist cancelled the morning-of the rehearsal dinner we were hosting, I turned to TCU Florist. They get two stars for trying to make it right - but the arrangement I ordered was woefully underwhelming. The description made it seem like I would have received a lovely and full arrangement..... when in reality, the vase was only 2 inches thick (if that), and there were roughly 5 flowers total? And they were super pink, in comparison to the photo which shows more of a fall tone - this arrangement literally was under the "Fall Flowers." They did offer to replace the arrangement, however, the replacement didn't look much better - with the roses looking half dead / on their last leg. It was just all in all very disappointing. I ended up asking for a partial refund as I'm going to have to replace the flowers, and while I have never ordered from TCU Florist and I don't intend on ordering from them again. There are loads better florists out there. read more

In the four years I lived in Fort Worth, I'm not sure why I never gave TCU Florist any business. Probably because I was never in need of fresh flowers... and also because I don't send myself arrangements. But this past Wednesday I had my bridal portraits shot on campus, so a bridal bouquet was ordered. I worked with Holly (through my wedding planner, Wendy Kidd of Each And Every Detail) and she was very helpful. She took into consideration colors, size and budget and when I picked up the bouquet, I fell in love with it. It was not only beautiful, but so fragrant. It looked amazing in the photos and complemented my dress like a dream. They also carry an array of handbags, jewelry and accessories that are perfect for the TCU co-ed. Lots of purple and a mix of sororities are represented. I WILL be back to shop! :) read more

I wanted to send some flowers to my aunt for Mother's Day but I did not know where to go until I read really good reviews from this place on google.com. When I went to the shop, the lady who asisted me was really friendly and she showed us samples of the flowers that can be send out for Mother's Day. It was funny because the packet started with the most expensive flowers. I kept looking back and I bought the cheapest one which was $50 + delivery charge = $70. I was a bit nervous that the flowers will not be delivered on time but they did and they were beautiful. My aunt sent me the picture of the flowers and she loved them! I think TCU Florist did an amazing job! Eventhough, the flowers are a bit pricey, they are worth it! The flowers will def put a smile on your loved one! read more

Changed my stars because TCU florist is taking great care and wants very satisfied customers so they are replacing the original arrangement. That is tremendous customer service and something you don't often see. Thank you TCU florist Very disappointed. TCU florist was highly recommended but the arrangement my daughter-in-law received was very skimpy and just okay. I live out of state and had been using online flowers to deliver birthday and Mothers Day gifts for my mom. They were quite expensive and the arrangements never looked very good. This year I decided to go with a local florist and called up TCU Florist, as they are very close to my parents' house. I called the morning of my mom's birthday, requested a nice arrangement, paid over the phone. I am so happy to have found this florist! It is so refreshing to finally find a trusted florist! I had a very specific order that I wanted filled to be sent to my Aunt in the hospital. When I send flowers, it is, to me, a representation of my presence and love when I can't be there in person, so it is very important to me that they are a lovely gift that I can be proud of. Joni made sure to fulfill my wishes and made me quite happy and proud. As a Florist myself, I am very particular on how I want a design to look. I send flowers to my family in other cities all The time, as I am in Houston with no family local, and I'm almost always disappointed. The customer service, care, and design I received were EXCEPTIONAL here! I can highly recommend this place and I hope to use them again! Thank you TCU and Thank YOU Joni for making my Aunt happy and making me One very happy Florist and Customer! read more
