I was in charge of ordering a family funeral spray for a dear relative. I do look for a local florist, and call in person to order the arrangement as i want to know what flowers they have on hand, and are they able to deliver when and where i desire. On May 29, 2025 i called and spoke with pleasant Beth Anne who worked with me professionally and courteously. I had already viewed the website and chose an arrangement "Glorious Farewell" to be the base of the arrangement. I asked her to check to see if they had the flowers in stock, and they had all but the pink snapdragons, and large pink variegated lilies. They did have large fully pink lilies and some other pink tubular flowers to substitute. I think they turned out better :) Our loved one liked hydrangeas and butterflies, so I asked to upgrade. They did not have pink hydrangeas in stock, but did have white ones that they offered to spray pink to give a variegated look. They were really pretty. I added a pink ribbon saying "Beloved." She looked and found two pink butterflies they had in shop, and these were added. I set the delivery for Saturday May 31 to be in time for an early visitation Sunday afternoon the next day. The value for the money was very good :) On Saturday i received a phone call from "Tom." who offered to deliver the spray on Sunday before the visitation. He said the arrangement needed to stay cold in his cooler, and if it was OK with me, he and his wife would deliver it Sunday about noon. I was very happy with this offer, though mentioned it was on a Sunday and not expect him to do so. He was pleased to do so, and said he would send me a picture when delivered. Which he did, and it was gorgeous. I thanked him in a text and he said Laura puts her heart and soul into creating floral arrangements. And I say, she is a reflection of this very beautiful arrangement. I suspect "Tom" may be the owner and i appreciate him and the staff for the exceptional arrangement and service especially in a time of grief. read more

The flowers were exactly what we asked for including the few changes we requested from the 'stock' photos. I had originally placed a flower delivery at 1-800-Flowers. I called the day of delivery to check on time, and was confronted with horrible news that the flowers were not only not going to make delivery time, but not even delivery day ~~so after words and a full refund from them, I panicked and started searching for a local florist that could somehow work a miracle... I called Cooper's Florist and spoke with Nicole and asked for the impossible. Not only did she understand, she made a beautiful arrangement with the colors I wanted, color vase I wanted and the total price was the same as 1-800 Flowers. Oh yeah, they delivered the flowers within 2 hours of the phone call!!! Wonderful service! I ordered a plant for a friend and colleague's birthday this week via their website for next day delivery. I received a message that they didn't have the plant I ordered, and would not for a week, so they offered me a free upgrade to a nicer plant, but still in the same fancy pot and stand I was hoping for. It is a weird time for all manner of things right now. I had tried to send my brother in Cali an Easter lily this week, and they said they have absolutely no plants because the SF flower mart is closed right now due to Covid. So I was just pleasantly surprised Cooper's could actually get any plants and deliver them in a timely fashion. I'm not picky! When I told them that was no problem, they were so sweet about it. My friend loved her plant, and that's all that matters. Great service, lovely business. I called on Thursday April 13th at 4:58pm, not only did the answer but they were excited to help me. I explained that my wife has had a rough few weeks, 2 deaths in the family her father hospitalized and crazy at work, I wanted to send her something for Friday the 13th, that and Halloween are 2 of her favorite days. They spent the next 13 minutes with me going over what they could do. They were more excited about it than I was, and I was very jazzed up. All this took place after they should have been closed but they were excited to help I never felt as if I was a burden buy calling at quitting time. Within 10 minutes of placing my order, Desi from Cooper's emails me to let me know that A. the specific orchid I ordered was no longer available and they would be upgrading the container ($20 value) as consolation - and B. that they don't usually deliver to this part of Fort Worth (21 miles away from them) but happened to have a driver headed that way already, so I was in luck. Do not use! I am begging you if you have a major event do not use this florist. I ordered a bridal bouquet for my friends wedding. I spoke with the receptionist told her how important the wedding was and that I would be out of town. I sent pictures of the flowers I wanted and the dresses the bride and her daughter would be wearing. I even went to the floral shoppe the Friday before the Monday wedding to confirm the order was still able to move forward in the way we discussed on email. The result was a half put together bouquet with wilting greenery and me calling from Mexico asking if they could fix it because it was for a wedding and was nothing like we discussed. The receptionist's responded "no" there is nothing we can do and the manager won't be in until Thursday. An uncaring florist is the last person you need to handle life's big moments and I wish I would have know before spending so much money with this one based on previous reviews. Extremely satisfied with Tim and all the staff at Coopers Florist! I am in SoCal and wanted to do something nice for my Mom that lives in Arlington, TX. The young lady that took my call was very nice and assured me that there were no problems delivering the flowers to Arlington same day even though Arlington is about a half hour away, I emailed her the message I wanted to send my Mom since it was in spanish and she let me know I'd get a text when the delivery was in route. Sure enough I get a picture of the beautiful flowers on their way to my Mom from Tim (the owner himself). He really went above and beyond to get the flowers to my Mom with all the traffic from the Trinity river overflowing and flooding the roads.
