Great service. I got flowers the day after I posted the paw prints of my loss dog on social media. I appreciated the voicemail left about flowers on my way. They made sure to make it on time right when I got home from work. Very respectful and so gentle with the product. I wish you can smell them, they're so fragrant. Good size and fresh. I was impressed. read more

Nattie was patient and helpful with my order in a difficult time of loss. Also Mr. Cooper displayed great compassion for my situation and that means a lot to me. I pick the local florists for this very reason. They care... Hearts to both of you and for picking up the phone on Valentine's Day. read more

I was in charge of ordering a family funeral spray for a dear relative. I do look for a local florist, and call in person to order the arrangement as i want to know what flowers they have on hand, and are they able to deliver when and where i desire. On May 29, 2025 i called and spoke with pleasant Beth Anne who worked with me professionally and courteously. I had already viewed the website and chose an arrangement "Glorious Farewell" to be the base of the arrangement. I asked her to check to see if they had the flowers in stock, and they had all but the pink snapdragons, and large pink variegated lilies. They did have large fully pink lilies and some other pink tubular flowers to substitute. I think they turned out better :) Our loved one liked hydrangeas and butterflies, so I asked to upgrade. They did not have pink hydrangeas in stock, but did have white ones that they offered to spray pink to give a variegated look. They were really pretty. I added a pink ribbon saying "Beloved." She looked and found two pink butterflies they had in shop, and these were added. I set the delivery for Saturday May 31 to be in time for an early visitation Sunday afternoon the next day. The value for the money was very good :) On Saturday i received a phone call from "Tom." who offered to deliver the spray on Sunday before the visitation. He said the arrangement needed to stay cold in his cooler, and if it was OK with me, he and his wife would deliver it Sunday about noon. I was very happy with this offer, though mentioned it was on a Sunday and not expect him to do so. He was pleased to do so, and said he would send me a picture when delivered. Which he did, and it was gorgeous. I thanked him in a text and he said Laura puts her heart and soul into creating floral arrangements. And I say, she is a reflection of this very beautiful arrangement. I suspect "Tom" may be the owner and i appreciate him and the staff for the exceptional arrangement and service especially in a time of grief. read more

I was disappointed when I saw the arrangement that I sent my daughter. Too much greenery not enough flowers.

Ordered flowers for my Aunt who unfortunately is in the hospital. She received her beautiful flowers the same day that they were ordered. Working with Cooper's was a very easy and pleasant experience and they delivered on their promise. read more

Wow! I'm writing this on the evening of my FIL funeral and when I say we were speechless at the amazing and artistic work of Laura, wow! The flowers were exactly what we asked for including the few changes we requested from the 'stock' photos. We went to the store and ordered them, in person, and had the pleasure of working with Laura. She was friendly, helpful and comforting - even we were changed our minds. I cannot tell you enough how she put us at ease, with no pressure. I recommend Cooper's florist any time after this encounter. Thank you, again, for being so prompt and just awesome! read more

I had originally placed a flower delivery at 1-800-Flowers. I called the day of delivery to check on time, and was confronted with horrible news that the flowers were not only not going to make delivery time, but not even delivery day ~~so after words and a full refund from them, I panicked and started searching for a local florist that could somehow work a miracle... I called Cooper's Florist and spoke with Nicole and asked for the impossible. Not only did she understand, she made a beautiful arrangement with the colors I wanted, color vase I wanted and the total price was the same as 1-800 Flowers. Oh yeah, they delivered the flowers within 2 hours of the phone call!!! My mom was delighted with the flowers and to be able to celebrate her milestone birthday with beautiful delivered flowers was awesome!! Thank you!!! I am in Chicago and was searching for a florist to deliver flowers to a friend who was in the hospital. Based on their great reviews, I called Cooper's Florist and spoke to Tim. Cooper's Florist - Beautiful fall arrangement in a really cute crock - Florists Near Me - Hurst, Texas

I left a review 2 months ago about poor quality . The owner blamed the supplier. When flowers are your business, you know bad/poor quality. When you do, you don't send it to customers. Because of a misunderstanding on my part, I thought the refund issued was a store credit. I ordered roses again for my wife, but the owner waited to explain it to me until it was too late to get flowers delivered from someone else. He suggested l buy from Bice's from now on. Wonderful service! I ordered a plant for a friend and colleague's birthday this week via their website for next day delivery. I received a message that they didn't have the plant I ordered, and would not for a week, so they offered me a free upgrade to a nicer plant, but still in the same fancy pot and stand I was hoping for. It is a weird time for all manner of things right now. I had tried to send my brother in Cali an Easter lily this week, and they said they have absolutely no plants because the SF flower mart is closed right now due to Covid. So I was just pleasantly surprised Cooper's could actually get any plants and deliver them in a timely fashion. I'm not picky! When I told them that was no problem, they were so sweet about it. My friend loved her plant, and that's all that matters. Great service, lovely business. Thankful to them for being open and taking good care of their customers, and thankful to Yelp for helping me find them. read more

I confess that, like many, I satisfy my occasional itch for fresh flowers by checking the selection at the grocery store. But this week, I tried Cooper's. The beautiful cash-and-carry arrangements they had displayed were more elaborate than I was looking for, so we chatted a minute about what I did want (just a couple of stems of roses and a lily, thanks), and I enjoyed cuddling the shop cats while she wrapped up a few lovely specimens for me for a very reasonable price. read more

Terrible disappointing prom bouquet ! 7 flowers for 55$! Had to get more from Kroger to make a decent arrangement. Never again!

I called on Thursday April 13th at 4:58pm, not only did the answer but they were excited to help me. I explained that my wife has had a rough few weeks, 2 deaths in the family her father hospitalized and crazy at work, I wanted to send her something for Friday the 13th, that and Halloween are 2 of her favorite days. They spent the next 13 minutes with me going over what they could do. They were more excited about it than I was, and I was very jazzed up. All this took place after they should have been closed but they were excited to help I never felt as if I was a burden buy calling at quitting time. Well the next day this beautiful arrangement arrives at my wife's office. It was absolutely stunning, not only made her day but her week. I can't thank the staff at Coopers enough. You made my wife smile after a very trying time. read more

I was in need of a florist for a last minute birthday gift that needed to be delivered. I called up Cooper Flowers based on the reviews and actually spoke to the owner. I explained the situation and where I needed to have the flowers delivered and he said he would be able to deliver them that day. Based on my budget that I gave them which was pretty low, he created the arrangement and the flowers were delivered right on schedule and were beautiful. The recipient was very happy. I highly recommend this florist. read more

I was in need of a florist but it was already past noon, they were able to deliver a beautiful floral piece to my wife the same day. I called late last week for a last minute Mother's Day gift. Cooper's was so accommodating! Excellent service! I was told since they are unsure what flowers they will have right now due to Covid, all they could sell me was a bouquet based on how much I wanted to spend. Ok, I get it. But I was a little hesitant on what my mom would receive. Well let me tell you, it was absolutely beautiful!! They knocked it out of the park! My mom was so happy with her delivery. And to top it off, they delivered ON Mothers Day! I can't say enough about how helpful they were and what a good experience this was. My mom said Cooper's had delivered to their house when we moved to the area in 1972! They are obviously good at what they do if they've been around that long. Thanks Cooper's! Cooper's Florist - Taken today. Four days after delivery! - Florists Near Me - Hurst, Texas

I ordered an orchid for a coworker who's recovering from surgery. I'm in Boston and she's in Fort Worth and I wanted to do something special. Within 10 minutes of placing my order, Desi from Cooper's emails me to let me know that A. the specific orchid I ordered was no longer available and they would be upgrading the container ($20 value) as consolation - and B. that they don't usually deliver to this part of Fort Worth (21 miles away from them) but happened to have a driver headed that way already, so I was in luck. I hadn't even checked the distance! No additional charge, same day delivery - I can't believe it. :) What an awesome experience. Thank you, Desi! read more

Do not use! I am begging you if you have a major event do not use this florist. I ordered a bridal bouquet for my friends wedding. I spoke with the receptionist told her how important the wedding was and that I would be out of town. I sent pictures of the flowers I wanted and the dresses the bride and her daughter would be wearing. I even went to the floral shoppe the Friday before the Monday wedding to confirm the order was still able to move forward in the way we discussed on email. The result was a half put together bouquet with wilting greenery and me calling from Mexico asking if they could fix it because it was for a wedding and was nothing like we discussed. The receptionist's responded "no" there is nothing we can do and the manager won't be in until Thursday. An uncaring florist is the last person you need to handle life's big moments and I wish I would have know before spending so much money with this one based on previous reviews. I have called and emailed the manager Tim with no response back and no apologies. read more

Extremely satisfied with Tim and all the staff at Coopers Florist! I am in SoCal and wanted to do something nice for my Mom that lives in Arlington, TX. The young lady that took my call was very nice and assured me that there were no problems delivering the flowers to Arlington same day even though Arlington is about a half hour away, I emailed her the message I wanted to send my Mom since it was in spanish and she let me know I'd get a text when the delivery was in route. Sure enough I get a picture of the beautiful flowers on their way to my Mom from Tim (the owner himself). He really went above and beyond to get the flowers to my Mom with all the traffic from the Trinity river overflowing and flooding the roads. He called me to let me know that he was in route and sent me a text when the flowers were delivered. Actual text message: Hey Luis. I just handed the arrangement to Mariana. She was so sweet and all smiles. Made the effort totally worth it! Thank you again for trusting Cooper's Florist with your order. Have a great weekend. Tim Tim you are Awesome! read more

My parents ordered a flower arrangement from Cooper's for my birthday, and they've been singing their praises ever since. The customer service was excellent & very thorough. My parents were sent a photo in advance to ensure the arrangement was to their liking. I spoke with Tim (the owner?) via text in regard to delivery, and he was very personable. The delivery man (Mark) was lovely & timely as well. I posted a picture of the flowers. They looked great & lasted for a couple of weeks before they started to wilt noticeably (though certain flowers lasted much longer).
