This company was referred to us by our venue (Wedding Reception is in Downtown Fort Worth). Where to start with this company: 1. Their prices are extremely expensive in comparison to competitors. 2. We scheduled a meeting during a weekend to plan for our wedding and they did not show up. Also left a few voice-mails and received no response until a two weeks after. 3. Finally was able to meet with them and they were supposed to deliver the proposal over the weekend. Have yet to receive a proposal (Two Days late). Wedding is in 25 days!! They are very brief on the phone and offer no empathy despite this short time frame They supposedly have a great reputation in Fort Worth and I am sure that their work is good! HOWEVER, with limited Customer Service-they have been a nightmare to work with. They will not follow up and lack the professionalism needed in order to plan a wedding.

The woman who answered said that they had been closed because of COVID-19 and were just then reopening, and yes they could take my order and have it delivered. The next morning my mother called me gushing with admiration over the beauty of the arrangement she had just received. (My mother doesn't give praise lightly, plus she's had a green thumb all her life and raised all kinds of plants, flowers, and roses.) She said the arrangement was so gorgeous and natural-looking that it looked like everything was freshly hand-picked by someone who loved flowers, and she insisted that all of our future floral orders must come from this same place.
