I was very happy to use a local florist to send routine birthday flowers to a loved one nearby…read more Prices were standard, the arrangement was gorgeous, and the purchasing process online was easy enough. Starla was lovely on the phone, confirming my order the day before the delivery date. The only complaint or perhaps ordering tip I have is that my delivery didn't reach the recipient (who lives about a 15-minute drive away) until what seemed like late afternoon, which to me is not ideal and should be disclosed at the time of payment. I would have the set the delivery date for the day before if I knew how late in the day delivery would be. For a birthday, you want the special person to feel celebrated all day, and I would have preferred that. Besides that, I love this shop, and I will definitely be ordering again--just scheduling delivery one day early from now on! Thank you very much.
