Very nice people to work with. I was hoping to hear from them on my message sooner to have a Sat delivery but I heard from the Monday so the delivery was Tuesday. They went out of their way to get it there in the time slot I asked for which was really appreciated. I had mentioned to the gal taking my order on the phone that I wanted yellow daisies and bright colors leaving it to them to make the arrangement. The recipient was very happy with the arrangement although it wasn't what I was expecting it was still very nice. It just wasn't what I had asked for. I visited this shop after my aunt suddenly passed away, and the staff couldn't have been more sympathetic. I mentioned that her wish was for black roses, but since I couldn't afford them, I settled for an all-orange arrangement. To accommodate my aunts wish they included two black roses anyway just to honor her memory! It was a beautiful, selfless gesture that meant the world to me. I ordered an arrangement after hours online and it was quick and easy. I received immediate confirmation of the order. The next day I received another email with a photo of the flowers to confirm delivery, the flowers were fresh and beautiful. Also the employees are great! I can't say enough about Blossoms on the Boulevard. I had an issue with a shipping address for Valentine's day and not only did the nice people at Blossoms take care of it when I called, the driver delivering the arrangement took customer service to heart and delivered it to the correct place. He/she just didn't leave the arrangement at the wrong place and called it delivered like some other floral places (won't mention any names but you know who you are), but he/she waited until it was confirmed. I tried Blossoms on the Boulevard for the first time last week. There were several things that impressed me about this business. First, the lady on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable about about the business. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Second, even though I was calling late in the morning they were able to do an early afternoon local delivery. Third, the yellow roses were absolutely gorgeous. My Wife loved them and they lasted longer than I expected. I hope Blossoms stays around for a long time because they have gained a customer. read more

This flower shop is the best one I have ever used. We live 600 miles away and they are our go to shop for birthday flowers and any holiday flowers for our family who lives in Joshua. We sent our five-year-old granddaughter birthday flowers and they went above and beyond what I expected. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone. We needed to order flowers for a funeral and being unfamiliar with the florists in the area, chose this one. What a mistake. We were embarrassed to have our name on this arrangement. It wasn't cheap. $160 for an easel display should have looked nice but it didn't. It had tiny little roses on it that looked like they had been freezer burned. Other flowers on it were wilted and looked terrible. I didn't take a picture of this to send to a brother-in-law who split the cost with us because I was embarrassed by it. I really can't say enough about this florist. I live in Florida and one of my friends lost a loved one unexpectedly. They really made me feel I was in good hands from the moment on got Ron on the phone. They delivered the flowers so quick and they were absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, my friend left to go to her family's house the same day and would not get home for a week. Blossoms on the boulevard too charge, called me back and took care of it and asked to deliver something when they got home. These people are amazing and would recommend them to everyone.
