I walked in off the street hoping they had some premade arrangements for a coworker who I was visiting in the hospital that morning. The woman I spoke to said they didn't have any but could whip me up something really quick. They asked how much I wanted to spend and then I told thrm her favorite color was pink and they ran with it. The ladies working were all so very nice and easy to talk to while I waited. The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL and perfect for the peraon they were going to. 10/10 will come back and have already recommended them to a few people after showing them the pictures. read more

I can't recommend Beverlys florist enough. I called the day before my graduation in a panic because I had decided at the last minute that I wanted to decorate my cap. They were so kind and ready to help the second that I walked in the door. They really took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me recommendations for what they thought would look best. They told me they'd never done anything like this but I'm so glad I put my trust in them. Not to mention that they were very reasonably priced for a last minute order like the one I placed (which in my book is always a plus) My flower crown for my grad cap could not have come out better. Last year, I ordered flowers via one of those popular websites and was supremely disappointed in what was received. It was puny and looked nothing like the photo. Generally, those sites take your order and a cut of the amount you pay then source it out to a local florist. This year I decided to find a local florist close to the recipient and order from them directly. This is great because I'm supporting a local business and they get all of the profit from my order. I'm so glad I tried this route because this is the first time that the arrangement actually matches what is on the site. I'm aware that this might not apply to all arrangements depending on seasonal offerings, but I'm very pleased as is the person who received the flowers. I am so proud to say that they were a huge blessing in the midst of an impending crisis. I hoped they could deliver our selection by the end of today, when I called at noon, and unbeknownst to me they were having to close their doors before tomorrow (with the COVID-19 protocol). There were a few things that weren't that big of an issue when the recipient received the order...it was surprise birthday present, but instead of an apology by the owner, I got a snarky/rude response. They did fantastic beyond a few mistakes which happens (mainly it was the fact they spelt her name wrong and I didn't totally agree on a cap of any kind on the dog flower arrangement (although it was discussed as a possibility) but these are small things that I was just simply being to their attention... it was the way the customer (me) was treated when I brought it to their attention why I'm leaving this 2 star review...otherwise it would have been a 5 star review. Also, I was blamed for throwing the schedule off, when they offered to get the flowers to her business at an earlier time, which was INCREDIBLY rude coming from a business owner. This was a completely different customer experience from when I went to them initially for their business. I was then hung up on, which made matters worse for my feelings about the customer service. I truly do recommend this company because they did a good job mostly on the arrangement, but currently have a bad taste in my mouth for their lack of care once it was all said and done. I'm in love with this woman I sent this to, so I wanted everything perfect for her, and this company was very willing to make it a great experience. I'll edit this to a 4 star, because in the end, it all worked out and I'm not a petty person and I'm grateful for the whole way everything was arranged, and the fact that they made special arrangements to get the flowers there early enough for her to receive them since she'll be gone all day. They overall did a fantastic job in all honesty. I just didn't feel the rudeness was appropriate at all especially when I paid for an over $80 arrangement. I hope this gets reviewed by the business owner and I hope she considers to be a bit more polite and understanding when they make a mistake and a customer politely calls to inform them about it. No one is perfect, thought, and yes I do recommend this floral shop...I mean look at this work of art! read more

I called from my homestate of California asking for a specific design for my Arlington, TX sister, and they came through for me in spades while staying precisely within my dollar amount and color scheme. My request called for balls of yarn and knitting needles incorporated into the bouquet. After calling them we were informed the new flowers are on the way. After 2 hours of waiting, the new driver took our flowers to a house in my neighborhood. We had to walk and look for the flowers down the street, we only knew it was ours since my partner was alert all day. I called Ms. Beverly's Florist on a Tuesday morning looking to have some flowers delivered same day. I was mega-impressed with their customers service, their product and their overall sense of genuine helpfulness when I called. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly, and took my order efficiently, reading back my request and my details of delivery. She took my request and answered my questions, without hesitation, and I can ask A LOT of freaking questions guys. Originally I had planned to have them delivered next day, because same day delivery options typically cost you an arm, a leg and your first born child! But Beverly's florist assured me because the location was so close and they had time that day, they'd deliver them that same afternoon with no extra fee! So sweet! They even emailed me a photo of the bouquet before sending it off to its receiver, so that I could see the final product! The flowers were a hand made sunflower bouquet, perfect for my recipient!
