I called from Waco, Tx and spoke to Chase and I received excellent customer service, patience and she was very knowledgeable about everything and overall, I had very good experience with this Florist. It was perfect for our Co-Worker's Birthday! Very pleased about the cost and value of the purchase, etc. Thanks for making this easier for me. read more

I'm in Houston and I love supporting local businesses. I put my order in at 10:30am and the arrangement arrived within an hour at my friend's workplace. Her day was made! Thank you for the swift service and the beautiful flower arrangement! I thought it was serendipitous in how the florist location is on Houston street. Support this florist! read more

Flowers To Go - Floral arrangement for my friend - Florists Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Went in for 5 bouquets of flowers. The staff didn't have enough flowers for five - which was fine. They offered to make a bouquet with what they had left which was mostly filler pieces and not full stems... for $55. Both staff and the manager were dismissive and had an attitude as if they could do with or without any new customers. As a small business owner myself, I like to shop with other local shops for the personal touch. From the moment I walked in the door (to a very small shop) I was met with a silent and cold welcome. This was a terrible example of what we are about here in Fort Worth. read more

A friend of mine was set to have his birthday while on a business trip to Fort Worth, and I decided I wanted to surprise him in some way, given I know what it's like to have your birthday on the road. The tricky part was the fact that I couldn't ask my friend any details about his trip; instead I had to hope he'd somehow volunteer the information I needed to know - he did! But it wasn't until Sunday night that all the details came together. On Monday morning I began scheming, and by that afternoon, I had decided on flowers & cake! (Because who doesn't like that pairing?) I searched multiple flower company options here on Yelp, and selected Flowers To Go based on liking the photos I saw of their arrangements. But here was the tricky part: I had never ordered flowers for a man before. Do men like flowers? Yes, I've heard this is true - from multiple male friends. But what do they like? Most importantly, based on hotel photos I'd found online, the interior design of my friend's hotel room was not my cup of tea - how would I ever find an arrangement that didn't clash with it? I called Flowers To Go and spoke with Becca on Monday. We game-planned about strategy, and then set-up a call with the designer, Tara, for the next morning - the same day as my friend's birthday (!). I talked through my three primary requirements with Tara as follows: 3 Primary Requirements: - Masculine - Complementary with Hotel Room Interior Design (bold, primary colors) - Price Range Alignment We then brainstormed multiple options and ideas. Here's where we landed: Front-Facing Flower Arrangement: - Tropical - Birds of Paradise - Ginger (Magenta) - Sunflowers (ended up being out of stock :( but still beautiful!) - Purples, Yellows, Oranges - Greens: Flat, Palm Leaves The final product turned out to be exactly what I had in mind. My friend loved them! His exact words were "they're beautiful". I'm happy they warmed up his hotel room, and hopefully made him feel both special and more at home while traveling for work on his birthday. :) I highly recommend Flowers To Go for beautiful flower arrangements, friendly customer service, and quick & easy delivery. read more

Not helpful. Tried to make an order to be delivered to a TCU building. Gave the building name, office name, and the suite number, and the lady said she knew where it was. But then said she couldn't start the order until she had an exact address??! I was on the TCU website, giving her all the information I had. I'm out of town, and she says they are just down the road from TCU. I gave up and will order from another more helpful company. read more

I couldn't have asked for a better arrangement! My mom had been in and out of hospitals for 3 weeks and needed some real cheer. I saw the Yelp reviews for this florist and hoped she could send something lovely. She did. In fact, my mom said the surgeon kept on getting distracted by the arrangement and expressed how he'd never seen one so beautiful. So cheers to Flowers to Go! I will be singing their praises. read more

Flowers To Go - Beautiful white roses and hydrangeas. Personalized bouquet for my mother who needed a lot of cheer! - Florists Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I needed to send a congratulations bouquet from California to a recent high-school graduate friend competing in a National Horse Show at the Will Rogers Equestrian Center. I reached Tarah at Flowers to Go who was enthusiastic about taking my order and she guided me to the store's website where I could shop for the vase. She agreed to accept the details of the order including the writing on the card by email and took my credit card over the phone. Today, I got a text report from the young lady's Mom (Horse Shows are a whole-family affair) and she said that arrangement was complete with a Red, White, and Blue Cowboy Boot vase, local Texas flowers including a yellow rose, and a suitable Congratulations balloon for an 18-year-old. The bouquet arrived at the Equestrian Center exactly as ordered and her Mom reported that our young horse riding competitor and friend was very touched! Nice work to Tarah and her delivery staff! Thank you. -Andrew, Rene' and George Sunol, California read more

I went in looking for a small bouquet of roses and they had a few mixed flower arrangements - about 5 give or take from $50-$60 dollars including a vase (i assume) as it had a note card of the price on the bouquet. i only needed a half dozen bouquet of roses (the local 7/11's didn't have any). Surely the staff was kind and they arranged a bouquet of 6 red roses (that have already began wilting) & when i checked out the total was $59 - wrapped in regular brown paper. No vase. I didn't question it, paid. Trying to support small business. Definitely over priced and not worth it in my opinion now looking back. I would have preferred a quote prior to them cutting the roses but since they didn't give me my total until check out i let it slide. Or maybe even fresher roses. A dozen, i could understand... half a dozen- for close to sixty bucks- not so much. I understand business is business but as a business owner myself, I don't believe in taking advantage of customers especially first timers if you want returning customers and referrals. Next time i will be going to Kroger and getting a similar bouquet for $8.99 and possibly better quality. read more

WAY over charged for a tiny flower arrangement. When questioned - gave such a sour attitude. The order taker was irritable as well. Shop elsewhere for better quality & value. Not to mention a pleasant experience!! read more

We are visiting from LA for a convention and ordered flowers for my wife's bday. Called this flower shop, told them what I wanted, where and when to deliver. I don't know much about flowers so I left it to the store to make the flower beautiful given the budget. The flowers arrived as arranged and my wife loved the flowers. Thanks Flowers To Go and keep up the great job. read more

I have purchased from them several times and the flowers are always beautiful and fresh.

This was the smoothest ordering of flowers I've ever done, it gets much better, I called them at 10 or 11 and ordered flowers for my girlfriend and asked if they can have it there before 2. Not only did they get it there in time they hand delivered it to her and she thought that was amazing. Thanks guys you made both her and I very happy!!! read more

Came here yesterday for a last-minute arrangement. I don't know too much about flowers, so the young lady behind he counter was very courteous and helpful. They had several options to choose from, but I asked that something be put together. It didn't take long at all, which was good because parking wasn't too good in the area...its downtown! Anyway, I'm sure I'll be back. read more

I needed corsages and a boutonniere for an awards presentation and asked the concierge where to go. They mentioned that Flowers To Go had just opened a little while age. I decided to go there because they were close to the convention center. I told them how many corsages I needed, that the flowers were for art teachers, and the florist could have fun designing them.
