However the store ( I don't know which one cause through portal website) only noticed me they cannot made it last minute 4:24pm ( they close at 5pm) and will delivery next day without no contact me for confirmation or apologize, even I put in the note and place order is for Birthday bouquet, noted that for my wife's birthday which means need to delivery same day. Service provided and customer service are both poorly and they don't appreciate my order to honor it with pride and happy. On December 22nd I was walking out of our facility while a beautiful Christmas bouquet was being delivered. I thought to myself I am going to wait to get their card. I just don't have the energy to deal with this. I was sent a condolences bouquet, which in my opinion, arrived with not such great flowers. I emailed pictures to the business right away on Saturday and called 9:30 Monday morning. The peach flowers in the picture came with brown edges and looking rather sad. The concept of the arrangement is absolutely gorgeous, the flowers used were past their prime. The owner claimed, " they are antique peach roses," and supposed to look that way. I have never receieved antique peach roses with browning petals and been told it's intentional. I also googled what they are supposed to look like and I don't see browning edges in the pictures or descriptions. Last thing I want to receive after my parent just passing, is a dying arrangement. Pictures don't capture it the best, but I assure you, these are not quality flowers. ***UPDATE*** It has now been 2.5 days since receiving this arrangement and flowers are brown and almost completely dead. I ordered the French Country Basket on Sunday and it was delivered Monday morning. The flowers were identical to the picture if not even more beautiful! My family in Keller said it was one of the most exquisite arrangements they had ever seen. Ordering from out of state is always a problem but not this time! First picture is what I ordered from the website. Described on the website as... Pink spray roses and white daisy spray chrysanthemums are delivered in an exclusive pink vase that's wrapped with a polka-dot satin ribbon. The second picture is what they sent. Much smaller, no roses, no ribbon, vase overshadows the bouquet and the green stuff is ugly. We were evacuated from the hurricane and this was all I could get to my mom on time for her birthday. It's was really disappointing to see this was what they sent her. Roses are her favourite. When we called Christian was very rude and unprofessional. She insisted the flower were upgraded. I hope you don't fall victim to having wired flowers delivered by them. Friends ordered an exact arrangement to be sent. Ironically the same arrangement is pictured on their own website. They delivered a totally different significantly downgraded arrangement and tried to get away with it. Thank goodness I sent a picture to my friends to thank them and they were alarmed by what they actually sent. Bowkay told me I had to come get the replacement arrangement to switch it out until my friends pressured them to redeliver. Verify whatever you have delivered by them is actually what you paid for. read more

Had a wonderful experience with Kristi for my wedding. During our meetings, she really listened to what I wanted and made sure to execute exactly that on my wedding day. I wanted a minimal but impactful look with lots of greenery with pops of color. On the day of my father's funeral we stop by to pick up an easel arrangement as that is the only type of arrangement allowed to be left on a grave after a service at the DFW Veterans Cemetery. When we arrived they have not made our order and had lost it. The owner remembered the call and quickly put together a table arrangement as they did not have time to do a full easel arrangement before we were due at the service. The owner was very apologetic and gave us a table to borrow for the service. She told us we could call and get a credit for the inconvenience/difference in arrangement. When we stop by to return the table, she changed her tune and told us the arrangement she gave us was the same price as the one my mother had ordered and said she would 'hook us up' on a future order but did not give us a credit on our card. She said sometimes orders get missed, it just happens. I think this has happened before there... I will not be returning here. This was my father's funeral, we did not need to deal with the stress of not having the arrangement ready before we went out there and then the fact that she wouldn't give us a credit for her mistake was what really upsets me... Be careful people. If I owned a business I would never treat a customer like this. Too bad as I prefer to support local businesses. read more

I was trying to have a bouquet of birthday flowers delivered to an old friend as a surprise. The lady who answered the phone at Kathy's Flower shop was nice enough, but the order end up being priced at $100.00; she said she would send me a pic of the final project and didn't. I asked her to call to she if my friend was home before delivering. It turns out that my friend was out of town, so the florist left the flowers outside of door. Great, money well spent! I just would have thought that they would NOT have delivered until it could have been verified she was home. So, now I have paid for dead flowers... I will not make that expensive mistake again. That order just slipped through their fingers and they could send it the following day but it would totally be all substituted flowers from the original decription. I have used Kathy's again for a Prom corsage. I really liked the lady who sat down and helped us pick out the colors to match the dress. I chose BowKay Designs because I live in Keller and wanted to use a local florist for my daughter's 50th birthday (My daughter also lives in Keller.) I really liked the Teleflora arrangements and ordered the "Heart's Pirouette" bouquet - deluxe version. Although the delivery was made on the requested day (24 hrs after placing order), I was very disappointed with the quality and freshness of the flowers! The roses had brown edges and were already drooping along with most of the filler flowers/plants! Almost every flower in the arrangement looked to be several days old, not fresh at all. I agreed to substitutions and really would have been much happier with something fresh instead of what looked like week-old flowers. The white lilies and glass vase were the only saving grace in this arrangement. I expected a high quality arrangement based on the Teleflora association, the cost and local delivery. I called and spoke with someone after the delivery to express my disappointment but there was no comment or concern about losing a customer. Obviously I will not recommend or use BowKay again. I have already placed several Mother's Day deliveries with another local florist. read more

Experience was bad enough to prompt me to post my first ever yelp review. I live on the West Coast and called Kathy's to deliver flowers to my mom for her b-day. I later learned that when my mom received her flowers, they were wilted and browned on the edges. My mom called the florist and they brought another bouquet MUCH smaller then the original and still wilted - and took the old one back. I called the florist the next day and spoke with Brenda (apparently the owner now) and explained the situation pleasantly....she said...."well, what can I do to make you happy?"....this was said in a tone that was clearly irritated, bugged and NOT the way to treat a customer. I asked for a refund and she said she'd be glad to do that but would have to pick up my mom's flowers - I said, why would you do that when you'd just throw them away anyways...she said....oh, we have a bin to put them in...not sure what that means, but I said I didn't want my mom to have to deal with this situation again, so she offered me a half-price refund. The refund just came today, but wanted to express to others looking for a florist that I would NOT recommend this florist to anyone..... read more

I probably shouldn't be the one putting this review , my boyfriend should. BUT I WILL ANYWAY .... he put in an order for flowers to be delivered as a surprise for me , and they were NEVER delivered. Not only were they not delivered , the people failed to call either one of the contact numbers they were given. I was in the office and they didn't even knock to see if someone was inside. NOTHING just got in the car and left according to surveillance videos. My boyfriend picked me up and asked if I liked the flowers and of course I said " What flowers?" He tried calling them and stopping by during normal business hours and nobody seemed to return his calls or be there. So he tried again this morning and their response " we thought it was a closed business, SORRY" they claimed to have called and THAT WAS A LIE . No missed calls nor messages . He asked for a refund and they STILL have the NERVE to charge 10$ for a delivery that they never even did!!!! Never again... I would NEVER recommend this florist if you have an important day. Go elsewhere ANYWHERE but this place,. What if it was for a anniversary or a birthday OR EVEN A FUNERAL? do you think its okay to not call or knock at a location of delivery?? HELL NO. wtf is wrong with people. Considering the area and what they charge ... That's unacceptable and unprofessional ESPECIALLY in a business such as this. SAD BUSINESS.
