I've never seen such a packed basket! The flowers are full from front to the back, not much filler at all. You can tell a lot of time, professionalism and expertise went into designing this. He said the customer service on the phone was wonderful, and the flowers were delivered on time. He even said the real life bouquet looks better than what he saw on the website. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, especially on a locally owned business and during this tough time. I let the first instance go but twice is my limit, especially when it affects the image of our business. If you're going to make a customer leave a message on your answering machine, you should have the full intention of calling them back. People send flowers for a specific occasion and they usually have time sensitive orders. I left a message and didn't get a call back in over 24 hours. I then called again and spoke to someone who said they would call me back the next day and never did. Of course, I went with a different shop who got the delivery out the same day. One month later and again got the answering machine but what's the point if no one ever calls back? I don't have time in my day to keep calling, so this time I placed an online order instead. I received a confirmation that the transaction went through. I found out 4 business days later that it was never delivered from the recipient herself. Embarrassed, I called the shop and was told that they couldn't deliver because she was not home. Nobody thought to tell me, the sender! Had I not called them, what would they have done? I would have never known. Later that same day, I get an email confirmation that the plant was just delivered. I have no trust in this shop anymore and it's a shame because I've been a customer for several years. read more

I will say this! This is the first time I have EVER posted a review on yelp, and the product this place has put forth has inspired me to do it. The lady that runs the place needs to retire. She had no idea what she was doing. My wife didn't want me to complain so that I would not upset her, but when you spend that kind of money on it you want quality. What I got was a turd. We got a corsage for my daughters prom and the flowers were wilted and dying. I paid 50.00 for this, and I wound up taking it to Albertsons where the florist told me they are always fixing whistle stops mistakes. I would give negative stars if I could. read more

Thwy both understood everything he wanted done for his fiancé's flower bouquet they even custom made according to his wants and likes that he wanted done for Valentine's Day. I asked for the first picture. Peonies (which she talked me out of) and changed to lavender roses. Very natural with green accent plants: Vs the carnations painted lavender with gaudy green tulle and gold ribbon you'd put on a child's present, for 70 bucks. They offered me white baby roses which were had brown wilted edges. I looked through all their flowers and they literally had nothing to choose from. I ordered these 3 weeks ago. No one bothered to call to state they can't get the flowers I ordered or that they just couldn't make what I ordered. The owner had me text this very picture to the florist for her to make something similar. As you can see not at all similar. So pissed off. Going to have to fix this because I'm not giving this shitty cheap looking crap to my son and his girlfriend. Do not bother going to this shop. She did give me 14.07 back since she put in carnations and not roses. Edit: I used their ribbon and holder, went to Fort Worth flower mart on 7th street, bought myself some antique roses and freesia and I forget the name of the purple flower and redid them. I went online and saw the arrangements and called shop and Cathy (I hope I spelled name correctly) was the most patient person that I've ever spoke with on the phone. She helped me pick something out and didn't even budge when I asked ridiculous questions. Not only did they deliver the same day which I've never heard of but (SWEAR) within an hour! When my dear friend texted a picture of the bouquet I started crying. The picture online did not look anything like what she sent!!! This was put together by an angel:) Bless your heart lady! Y'all I am not one to do things like this but, after the experience I has with this flower shop in Saginaw i need to warn everyone! I ordered my mom some flowers from Whistle Stop Flower Shop on Tuesday to have them delivered to her house. First of all they delivered them to the wrong house! No one was home so they left them OUTSIDE. Second the flowers I ordered online vs what my mom received is completely different and I did not think it was worth the 100+ I spent on the flowers, I called Wednesday to let them know how disappointed I was in the flowers my mother got. I spoke to two ladies and one of them told me what they could do is go pick up the wrong arrangement and give my mom a different one. So I agreed to do that. When the lady arrived to pick up the flowers she was rude to my mom and told her the first ones they had delivered were prettier than the ones she was delivering then. So after hearing that I lost it... I went on their Page and wrote a review of how upset I was with a customer service. They replied to me today and I am absolutely speechless. read more

Sometimes you get what you pay for and then there's times you get so much more!!! I called Whistle Stop Flowers because they were a local shop in my granddaughter's neighborhood. We live in Las Vegas. Our granddaughter, 5, had her tonsils removed and we wanted something special that would cheer her up during her convalescing time. Regular flowers or balloons just didn't seem appropriate. I called the store directly and explained the situation. Owner suggested a gift basket filled with toys easily played with while keeping our little girl calm, occupied and interested. When I said Shopkins are her favorites, they offered to make a play basket filled with such items, even offering to shop at a local store to help fill it. A bountiful basket was delivered that same day and words alone can not describe the beautiful basket filled with all sorts Shopkins toys, books, even a Shopkins shirt and much more. Our granddaughter jumped for joy. Our son and daughter in law were amazed and couldn't imagine how we managed to find such a perfect gift. No one offered such services on the web and no one else I called offered such services, or the dedication to make it happen. Whistle Stop stayed within my budget and out shined any delivery order I've ever placed anywhere in the USA. The customer service was incredibly awful and the older lady with the long grayish hair was HORRID. My mother had ordered my corsage on May 1st, 2019 and specifically requested the corsage to be ready by the 10th. We went in the morning of May 11th and the lady had insisted on saying they had not had my corsage ready yet. The lady at the counter faulted the schools for planning proms so close together instead of taking ownership of their incompetence toward the situation. After she told us they did not have our order ready on time- another lady actually DID find our corsage in the back just proving the lady didnt even pay attention to the orders. I ordered flowers for my brother in laws funeral. I took a picture in to them to see if they could do it. When the flowers arrived at the funeral home (late) they were nothing like I asked for!! When we called, the owner was rude and yelling at my daughter! She apparently thought she was a child and not a grown adult. The owner hung up on her. I called back and the phone was answered with are you better now?! She came and redid the flowers the morning of the funeral, after being told not to! Buyer beware! I ordered a spray for my uncle's funeral from the website. It is the beautiful pink birch branch cross spray. Something unique that wasn't offered from any other flower shop in the area. I called the flower shop to confirm everything and ask if they could get me an additional plant that wasn't on their website and they didn't return my call. When the arrangement arrived, it was completely different. There was a small moss covered cross with a variety of colored flowers. The colors didn't include the dominant colors of pink and green. Pink was the color of choice of the deceased. I called to express my disappointment in the arrangement. Their response was there is a disclaimer on their website to make substitutions, which there is. I said I didn't realize they would change the two major features, the color and the design of the cross. She said if they were important I should have called. I mentioned that I did call with no returned call. She then said that she was sorry I want happy and that she wished I would have called more than once. Buyer beware! This shop isn't easy to work with, they don't return phone calls, they take little responsibility for making major style changes to your order and they don't make it right when it isn't ok. I ordered on Monday a fresh flower wrist corsage for my sons prom date. I asked for a large dark red rose in the middle with small red and white roses, babies breath and the lady also said they could do some iridescent rhinestones in it also. I get there today to pick it up and it's small red roses with curling ribbon, white iridescent ribbon and sheer ribbon with silver. NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND NOT WORTH $43.00!! Making my own next time! I went in for flowers for my wedding a month in advance. We (my fiance and myself) talked to the lady behind the counter and set everything up, she was pretty nice, but said that the flower arranger would have to call us with pricing. I talked to the arranger several days later and set up the price, was told to come in and pay so they could get my flowers ordered. She still wasn't in to meet in person, but I went ahead and I paid in full!! The day of my wedding, the flowers never arrived! I had to send my sister down to find out where they were. They FORGOT to fill my order, claimed that they forgot because of prom! If we weren't so laid back I would say that they ruined my wedding day, but worse things could of happened, I suppose. The counter woman did seem rather upset and did refund all of our money, filled our balloon order, and then gave us extra money for our trouble. read more

This flower shop is extremely unprofessional. My mom ordered 2 flower arrangements for my Uncle's Memorial service and asked for white and blue flowers (those colors had a special meaning to him). Instead, she got purple and yellow. The arrangement looked nothing like what she asked for. I called on behalf of my mom because she was in tears to ask for a refund, and the owner not only yelled at me over the phone, but made excuse after excuse as to why the arrangement wasn't correct, and said she knew my uncle died but I needed to calm down. Mind you, I didn't raise my voice with her, and kept my cool while she was yelling. She then hung up on me. When my mom called back she said "You better yet?". Whistle Stop Flowers has the cutest shop and are always been very accommodating to anything I have ordered. They are the BEST flower shop in Fort Worth, in my opinion. They are owned & run by real artist, from the flower designer to the airbrush & sign painter. They even do most of the cards on the flowers in fancy writing, not printed on a computer. I often hear their name called at different school events with gift certificates donated to the different parent booster clubs. The sign we had painted for my daughter was even better than we expected. Every time we have ordered flowers they look great & last a long time. They even put little notes telling how to take care of the flowers, on the arrangements. I will definitely use the & recommend them to everyone I know. read more

Before I could say a word she told me the original order would be sent at no charge and apologized again. What outstanding service.
