They had a wide selection to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the gold, square vase rather than the same old round or square glass options. They sent me a picture of the arrangement for approval after it was put together. I've not had that type of quality assurance from any other florist. The flowers arrived early on the delivery day I chose. Most importantly, my sister loved the arrangement! The flowers were fresh, lovely and arranged very well. I'll use this same florist any time I need to send flowers to family in the DFW area.

I have never once been disappointed (and more importantly neither has my wife). You can tell that the flower quality is really great. Embarrassingly Low Quality Backed by Condescending, Combative Customer Service…read more I paid over $225 (after fees and tip) for what was advertised as a Deluxe bouquet for a death in my family. What arrived was wilted, sparse, and shockingly small--nothing like the lush, elegant arrangement shown online. The quality was cheap, careless, and poorly arranged (see attached pic). Worse than the product was the customer service. When I called to address the issue, I was interrupted, talked over, yelled at, and hung up on. The owner was defensive, dismissive, and aggressively rude. Anyone reading this should take a moment to scroll through the business's responses to negative Google reviews--that alone tells you everything you need to know. Bloom Around will NEVER stand behind their product when there are issues and instead they treat customers with open contempt. Do not trust them with your money or your meaningful moments.

The end result looks like it cost less than half that. I know that sometimes specific flowers aren't available, but from what I can see, substitutions weren't even made (pink alstroemerias weren't substituted, for example.) I left a voicemail with the florist, saying I was disappointed and they didn't even call me back! I wanted to show my relative how much I care, and this falls flat, in my opinion!

It absolutely looked beautiful! My only issue was with the bridal bouquet. :( I felt like it was't wrapped tightly and two of the bigger flowers were a bit droopy. I'm not familiar with this flower, so it could be that's how the flower is supposed to be, but to me it just looked out of place. :( The communication was great and the price was fair for what I paid for. Again, just the bridal bouquet I felt could use some improvement.
