I originally ordered a 'congratulations' bouquet on a holiday weekend, and the look of the arrangement did not meet my expectations (the recipient sent me photos, but did not seem unhappy). I called Patrick and shared the pictures with him. He instantly and pleasantly agreed to have a new arrangement sent out as a replacement. I really appreciate this level of service and would encourage anyone with any ideas - or any issues - to call the business directly. Ummm...this was probably the sketchiest flower shop I have ever been in. Not that many flowers actually... Everything is covered in dust and there is junk all over the place. Not so nice. I showed up right at closing time needing flowers for a friend in the hospital. The owner was already in his car about to pull away, but he got out and opened the store back up to help me. I told him I didn't have a lot to spend, but he still made a gorgeous and cheery bouquet for my friend at a reasonable price and did it quickly while I waited with my small kids. He was super nice to them and to me and I was so impressed with the amazing customer service! It's so rare to have someone go out of their way to help people these days! I needed flowers for a going away party the day before mother's day. I'm sure this was not the most convenient time as it's a busy day for florists. I called Saturday morning to place my order, and they said they would have it ready same day - no problem. They were super nice and accommodating. The flower arrangement was gorgeous!!! It was more than I expected. It was ready on time, they made me a box for transportation, and even carried it out to my car. It was excellent customer service! Visually spectacular arrangement - my husband brought me the most incredible flower arrangement from this local florist for our May 16 anniversary. My husband said it was just luck that took him to this place, it is not fancy. Don't let that stop you. My anniversary arrangement was a show piece. It was both modern and classic, with little color surprises and unique flower selections sprinkled throughout. We just returned from DisneyWorld where we admired the flower arrangements at the Grand Floridian. The arrangement done by Arlington Flower Exchange was just as good, if not better. We are fortunate to have someone with this creative talent in Arlington. (The arrangement also lasted a good 10 days. I didn't have to wonder what the delivered flowers looked like, not with this florist, Patrick emailed a picture of the arrangement. The arrangement was simply a work of art. I am so embarrassed with the arrangement I ordered that was sent to a viewing and funeral. I'm out of state and was hoping that since there are other glowing reviews of this florist on yelp, I was making the right choice in choosing where to order flowers. I called to check on the arrangement the day before the viewing and was not graciously greeted by whomever was on the other side of the phone. in fact the woman who answered the phone seemed irritated and inconvenience by my call. I also sent an email asking for a picture of the flowers which I got the day of. The picture was very up close and it really wasn't clear how big or full the arrangement was. I was told by someone that attended the funeral that the arrangement was very small and the flowers did not look fresh. After paying almost $80 for this arrangement I feel I would've been better off having somebody pick up a bouquet at H-E-B and putting it in a vase for me. I'm so disappointed with the outcome. It also has to be said that the conversation back-and-forth in the email was very short and also not accommodating. When I graciously asked for a picture of the arrangement I was answered with a, "sure." Needless to say, I will not be using their services ever again. read more
