Picked Mickey's based on Yelp reviews. We live more than a thousand miles away and needed a very special arrangement of flowers sent in memory of a dear friend. The widow was overwhelmed by the beauty of the flowers and we were thrilled with the speed of delivery and value. Thank you! read more

The Good: :: it's a local business :: friendly, helpful service :: easy to order online :: they serve all kinds of occasions. in my case, it was unfortunately for a sympathy occasion that i had to use them for. however, they came through--their options made it easy to choose from based on budget, and the arrangement they made for my friend's family was just so gorgeous, so tasteful, so respectful, and so balanced :: they send you a photo of the arrangement before delivery if you like :: they delivered in the timeframe promised The Bad: :: none The Ugly: :: none Would I use them again? For floral needs in the areas they serve in Dallas, absolutely. Great arrangement, great quality, great attention to detail, great comms...all around, just a great business to support again and again. This place is IN. read more

Mickey's Florist - the bouquet they arranged for my order...so gorgeous and tasteful in design and execution for the sympathy occasion for the recipients - Florists Near Me - Lewisville, Texas

Wow- great same day service for fresh creative blooms and delivery to Flower Mound. I called and someone promptly answered unlike another local chain florist that placed me on permahold. No problems with customizing my order to include stargazer lilies and the florist was nice to call me back to let me know that they could deliver the same day with freshly delivered inventory. Reasonable pricing for beautiful design and I was able to pick out my vase preference too. ( pink cube!) A photo was text provided of my purchase and my friend was cheered by this lovely bouquet! Would definitely recommend for next time- thank you! read more

I feel so fortunate to have found this florist! I called on a Friday, discussed what I wanted with the designer, and she executed it perfectly. It was a beautifully unique spray for a dear friend's funeral the next day, and prominently displayed at the service. Regarding value, I was very pleased with the quality of the spray for its price point. Five stars for sure, with a "bonus" star! read more

Was absolutely blown away with the service and beautiful arrangement Mickey's provided. I had sent flowers to my sister who had lost her dog after many years. The delivery person was so genuinely sweet and comforting in addition to the flowers. Very grateful as I live out of state and couldn't physically be there for my sister. read more

Mickeys has been in Lewisville for a long time but, the last couple of times I've popped in for something quick, it was a struggle w what they had available. Lots of decor and what could be vases on shelves but, not able to buy that. "It's Decor." What was available wasn't much. Two option and they weren't even close in size. Flowers available were pretty basic. Decent prices. I can't even tell you if they like working there, by the energy in this place. read more

I ordered an arrangement to hold my husbands urn for his celebration of life service on 6-22-24. When I placed the order I was pretty emotional and the whole team there was so patient and caring. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was gorgeous. It was exactly what I was hoping for. In addition the prices at Mickey's were lower than any other place I checked out. This was my first time to need a florist since I moved to the area and they were recommended by my daughter-in-law. I will definitely use them anytime I need flowers in the future. read more

I've always been very satisfied with Mickeys, however this time I accidentally ended up on someone else's site. once I saw what arrived, I knew something went wrong. sure enough it did. When ya search a particular florist, make sure that's who you're actually ordering from. Don't make the same mistake I did. Next time I'll make for certain I'm dealing directly with Mickeys read more

I called Mickey's Florist after 4:30 on Saturday, February 13th to see why my Mother's Valentine's Day arrangement that I ordered online hadn't been delivered. The cheerful lady on the phone told me that the delivery date I requested when I placed my order was MARCH 13th, a whole month past Valentine's Day. Upon realizing MY ERROR, I sheepishly asked if the arrangement could still be delivered that day. The lady on the phone graciously told me it would be delivered within the hour. Less than an hour later, my Mother called to say her Valentine's Day flowers had arrived and she loved them. I thank Mickey's Florist for going above and beyond covering for my mistake. I will use Mickey's Florist again to send my Mother flowers for Easter. --Cody H. read more

We ordered flowers via their website but we weren't happy when they arrived...felt like it didn't match the picture. I called them and they were most gracious. Without question or hesitation, they replaced the flowers and even gave us an extra balloon for the bouquet. I am thrilled with their service, customer service and integrity and will definitely use them again. Also, compared to the Florists in Flower Mound, their prices are much better for the same arrangements. Thank you Mickeys! read more

The flower arrangement they made was beautiful and arrived in time. Friendly staff and easy to work with. Price was fair.

Five stars all around! The arrangement lasted over two weeks and still looked beautiful, the flowers were so fresh! They also had to redeliver (due to storms in the area and I wasn't home) and did so happily. Lots of variety in the arrangement, which was done in a pretty basket. I'm not sure what it cost as it was sent to me, but I enjoyed it very much. Would definitely recommend this florist. read more

I ordered a bouquet for Mother's day and had total trust in Mickey's to deliver an incredible bouquet. I live in LA now (I grew up in Lewisville where Mickey's was my go to place for high school prom and special events) and called to send my mom flowers. They were so helpful on the phone and worked with me to create an awesome bouquet. My mom was so pleased with the bouquet and raved about them! This is a fantastic florist! And, I always get a more beautiful and noteworthy bouquet than any online service could offer. Thx Mickeys for being so awesome and consistent throughout the years! read more

Amazing experience with Mickey's Florist! You couldn't ask for better customer service. There were several issues throughout the process of having an order delivered on behalf of my office, so much so that the arrangement had to be redone the following week for a 3rd delivery attempt. Not once did Mickey's say there was nothing they could do. All they did was offer solutions and eventually the beautiful arrangement was delivered to the recipient. Couldn't recommend enough! read more

I had used them for years. Last year, the flowers arrived on Valentine's Day after dark. My wife by then had left on a trip, with no gift on V Day. But this year, I gave them the order again. Arrangement cost $170. It was delivered on Valentine's Day...after dark, 7pm. Again. And from the photo I saw, the roses were already opening, not buds that will last. That's it for me. Poor service. I don't care if they were understaffed or what. My friend sent flowers to his g/f in California, 2 hours earlier than Texas, and they were delivered by 10am. I will not use Mickey's again. Two years in a row is the sign of a declining business. read more

my wedding flowers were beautiful!! the delivery woman arrived on time and seeing her walk in with my lovely orange lilies was amazing!!

In early May I called Mickey's at noon on a Monday requesting a wedding bouquet, boutonniere and wrist corsage by Friday 9am. I stopped in to present my "vision" to Mitzi and she greeted me with calm and graciousness. When I picked up the arrangements Friday, I was teary eyed - the bouquet was that beautiful! When I presented my daughter her bouquet, we both had tears of joy with the perfectness. The boutonniere and wrist corsage were lovely. Also, I saw many arrangements in the cooler when I picked our flowers up and they were stunning and varied in design. Talented florists are indeed a part of this team. I will fully rely on Mickey's going forward for all fresh flower arrangement needs. The peaceful willingness to listen and create something so beautiful has made me a customer for life. Thank you again for being a part of making this wedding wonderfully special and beautiful. read more
