A friend of mine surprised me with a bouquet of flowers from Priscilla's. I have never had such a beautiful arrangement. It was stunning, and the flowers were so fresh that they still look great days later. I would happily order flowers from Priscilla's Flower Shoppe!

Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful living arrangement for a funeral. It was perfect! The family members enjoyed getting to take home a plant to keep in memory of their loved one.

My wife and I were coming to DFW area for four days. I wanted to order flowers to be delivered to our hotel on Saturday for my wife. I called just before closing on Thursday and despite the fact I know they were really busy with all of the Valentine's orders, the woman taking my order was great and she asked me what I wanted. I knew a few types of flowers that I wanted, but given that we just celebrated our 38th anniversary 12 days ago (and I had 38 arranged roses delivered then) I didn't want to go roses, so I asked her to make something great. They definitely came through - much better than I expected! If I lived in the area, Priscilla's would be my 'go to' florist! read more

I ordered flowers for my niece who just had a baby boy and this florist made the best arrangement with pastel and blue flowers and an adorable soft floppy bunny in a wicker basket with a helium Mylar balloon. It was so much better than I thought it would be. That never happens when I order flowers long distance. I was so pleased!! My niece loves flowers. I am so disappointed with Pricilla's right now.... my husbands company uses them for everything from congratulations, get-wells, loss and so much more. I called them in the first week of April to get a quote for my daughters wedding on October 1st and was told they could do it but wanted me to call back after mothers day... so I do as they asked me to do, then when I called them again, I'm placed on hold, then told they are booked for that day.... this is just horrible business. I'll be passing this information along to my husbands employer as well since they're the ones that recommended them in the first place. read more

I said I liked snapdragons and roses and did not like carnations. She prepared a gorgeous arrangement and delivered it the next morning and it was perfect. Everyone was happy. I live in Illinois and it's the day before Valentine's Day. My wife is staying at a hotel close to the airport on a business trip, sad she couldn't be with her family. The boys and I called and they were nothing but understanding and helpful. They put together a small arrangement, something she could bring home on the plane, and delivered it to my wife's hotel. All the while apologizing for the delivery cost because it was just on the outside of their delivery area. I was understanding about it... I called the day before Valentine's Day, who wouldn't be. Such poor value for the price I paid for it, and where else was I going to go get a replacement last minute? While the flower display was beautiful when I received it, I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of flowers and arrangement skills in placing the flowers in the vase. One of the hydrangeas was questionable yesterday but completely withered up over night. Several of the tulips also withered over night and when picking the dead stems out, I noticed that several of the tulips were just thrown across the top of the arrangement and their stems were never placed down into the water. No wonder they died within 24 hours.

Very rude person responding to my message about condition on dying flowers after 2 days…read more I was very disappointed with the flower arrangement I ordered from Country Florist. Within just two days of delivery, several of the flowers were already showing signs of dying and wilting, which is not what I would expect from a fresh arrangement. What was even more frustrating is that the florist's note included a statement saying, "If we fail to meet your expectations, please let us know." I did exactly that--I contacted them, sent a message, and included photos showing the condition of the flowers. Unfortunately, my concerns were not handled in a way that resolved the issue. The person who was responding to me from the business by messages was arrogant, condescending, very rude and had no concern about the customer. Also not concern or even bothered about getting a bad review! What a way to do business! When you pay for a floral arrangement, you expect it to remain fresh and beautiful for more than a couple of days. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Country Florist in Arlington, TX and would never order from them again. Do yourself a favor. Buyer beware! I would give this business -01 epic fail!

I still need your code you tell me what's going on! Either cancel your order or give me the code!" I could barely understand her she sounded like she was slurring her words. I told her she had been rude to me the whole conversation and to cancel and she hung up on me mid sentence. TERRIBLE business
